Providing and fitting of electro mechanical components alongwith allied works at pumping station sk bair stage-0 and stage 1st by way of providing and fitting of new 80 mm dia cast steel sluice valves 02 no.,80 mm cast iron foot valves 02 no. confirming to ISI standard alongwith providing, fabrication and fitting of flanges of suitable thickness, providing and fitting of nuts, bolts and rubber washers etc. to the flange joints at the delivery side and suction side of hc pumpsets along with replacement of suction pipes by providing and fitting of 3 inch new pipe aprrox 8 meters for both pumpsets.Joints should be properly welded using good quality electrodes,extraction of wornout 250 ampere MCCB and replacement with 250 ampere, 50KA breaking strength MCCB,replacement of 150 mm sq 3.5 core aluminium cable by isolating the electrical transformer from incoming HT power followed by extraction / removal of damaged 150 mm2 3.5 core aluminum cable from outgoing terminals of transformer to voltage stabilizer and thereafter providing and fitting of new aluminum cable of 150mm2 3.5 core armoured from LT pole upto voltage stabilizer approximately 40 meters in length conforming to ISI standard complete with proper thimbling and insulation including connection of incoming and outgoing cables with proper thimbling and insulation .Job also includes providing and fitting of 10 hp mug starter and 4 mm sq submersible cable approx 35 meters in length with proper thimbling and insulation thereafter testing on no load and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material hire charges of welding set and other tools and tackles, labour and shifting charges.
