S & F Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Providing services on related to plumbing work carried out by deploying a team of plumbers with helper as required for 01 x shaft area of multistory (G+8) building from top of roof slap up to bottom of bldg floor wise through shaft area in one go for repair / maintinance to leakageing , damaged , broken , loose PVC (SWR) Pipe/CPVC Pipe (any dia and size) , bends etc including taking down, easing and refixing in the same position as required etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (1) In case contractor fails to complete the above task as per scheduled programme a damage of Rs 500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment. 2) Necessary T&P, ladders,minor consumable viz white cementetc, equipments and safety gear shall be provided by the contractors. 3) All material/ accessories/Items as required for maintenance shall be measured under relevant item of BoQ. (4) The above work /task will also include for High rise bldgs and shaft area of high rise bldgs (One shaft work as one Job)

S & F in repair flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 100 /110 mm dia PVC floor trap , with SS grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4)

S & F in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to wall completed all as specified and directed (Note : The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary scaffolding for Pipe work executed in shaft area upto the 10 storey building )

S&F repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints ,laid in trenches or in floor or in wall complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete /plastered/un-plastered surfaces of walls, pillers, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots including cracks/holes in surface filling with white putty and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Item No 105.00 above but one coat of white wash on celling surafce etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall (plastered or un-plastered) including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scraping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat distemper oil bound emulsion (white or tinted) on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per Srl Item No 107 above but one coat of oil bound distemper on celling surafce etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls incl pillasters and cornices etc. incl washing, rubbing down and stopping the previously treated surfaces and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of approved shade/tint over and including one coat of 1 mm thick birla wall care putty to achieve smooth finish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of tint / shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint of tint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered outer wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repair 32mm dia CP waste coupling, for WHB, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange and based in red lead cement and fixed all as specified.

S & F as in repair 40mm dia CP waste coupling, for WHB, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange and based in red lead cement and fixed all as specified.

Material & Labour prepapration of new or previously untreated surfaces of wood or based materials of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint coat complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome/red oxide primer including preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth.

S&F in repairs 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm hinges MS Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100 mm long aluminium handles, cast type anodied for alluminum windows complete all as specified and directed.
