SECTION-I

Maintenance and operation of AC plants of capacites 3 x 60 TR & 2 x 40 TR Central type AC Plants installed at Signal Enclave, Delhi Cantt-10, by providing Skilled AC Plant Operators (Refrigerator /AC Mechanic) round the clock in three shifts including Sundays and Holidays including provisioning of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule stipulated and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plant will be operated by three AC / refrigerator Mechanics (Skilled Labour) in three shifts by one mechanic in each shift in the following manner complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The details of mechanics and shifts are as under :- (i) 1st shift of 8 hours with timings 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.-1 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift (ii) 2nd shift of 8 hours with timings 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.-1 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift (iii)3rd shift of 8 hours with timings 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.-1 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift Total = 03 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic (b) The duties of operator will be to operate the plant as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) 3 x 60 TR AC plant comprises of the following :- (i) Water Cooled chiller package capacity 60 TR complete with condensor – 03 Nos. Make - Voltas. (ii) Mono block pump set capacity 10HP for Condenser – 02 Nos. Make - Kirloskar. (iii) Mono block pump set capacity 10HP for chiller pump 2900 RPM – 02 Nos. Make - Kirloskar. (iv) AHU complete 15000 CFM 4 RD Coil - 01 No. Make - Waves. (v) AHU complete 20000 CFM 4 RD Coil - 01 No. Make - Waves. (vi) Switch Board (LT Panel) for main plant - 01 No. Make L&T. (vii) Switch Board (LT Panel) for AHU complete - 02 Nos. Make L&T. (viii) Cooling tower complete with electric motor 5 HP - 01 No & Sintex tank of capacity 3000 ltr. Make-Mihir. (d) 2 x 40 TR Central type AC plant comprises of the following :- (i) Reciprocating type compressor - 02 Nos. Make - Voltas. (ii) Compressor motor 50 HP, 3 phase, 50 C/S - 02 Nos. (iii) Condensor shell and tube 40 TR cap – 02 Nos. (iv) Condensor water pump set 5 HP - 02 Nos. (v) AHU with coiling coil D x type and blower motor complete - 01 No. (vi) Electric control panel in plant room complete - 01 No. (vii) Control line device such as expansion valve, thermostat, solenoid valve, HP/LP cut off, oil failure gauge. - 01 No. (viii) Cooling tower - 01 No. Make-Mihir.

Maintenance and operation of AC plants of capacity 3 x 115 TR AC Plant installed at HQ CAMS Delhi Cantt, having chilled water cooled type chilled plant including chilled water pump by providing AC Plant Operators (Reffrigerator/ AC Mechanic) in two shifts excluding Sundays and Holidays including provisioning of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule stipulated and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plant will be operated by two AC / refrigerator Mechanics (Skilled Labour) in two shifts in the following manner, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) The details of mechanics and shifts are as under :- (i) 1st shift of 8 hours with timings 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.-1 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift (ii) 2nd shift of 8 hours with timings 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.-1 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift Total = 02 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic (b) The duties of operator will be to operate the plant as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and operation of AC plants of capacity 3 x 8 TR AC Plant installed at HQ Delhi Area Signal Centre by providing AC Plant Operators (Ref Mechanic) in three shifts including Sundays and Gazetted Holidays including provisioning of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule stipulated and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plant will be operated by one AC / refrigerator Mechanics (Skilled Labour) in one shifts in the following manner, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (a) The details of mechanics and shifts are as under :- (i) 1st shift of 8 hrs i:e from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs- 01 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic per shift (ii) 2nd shift of 8 hrs i:e from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs -- 01 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic per shift. (iii) 3rd shift of 8 hrs i:e from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs -- 01 AC/Refrigerator Mechanic per shift. Total = 03 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic . (b) The duties of operator will be to operate the plant as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The plant is comprising of the following :- (i) Reciprocating type Compressor Make- Acces/ Sebroe Model No. SMC 3-65 – 03 Nos. Maintenance and operation of Central Air Conditioning Plant located at HQ CICG TG, Delhi Cantt. of capacity 3 x 60 TR, round the clock in three shifts including Sundays and Holidays complete including provisioning of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule stipulated and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plant will be operated by three AC / refrigerator Mechanics (Skilled Labour) in three shifts by one mechanic in each shift of 8 hrs in the following manner complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The details of mechanics and shifts are as under :- (i) 1st shift of 8 hours with timings 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs.-1 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift (ii) 2nd shift of 8 hours with timings 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs.-1 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift (iii) 3rd shift of 8 hours with timings 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs.-1 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic in each shift Total = 03 AC/ Refrigerator Mechanic. (b) The duties of operator will be to operate the plant as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (c) 3 x 60 TR AC plant comprises of the following :- (i) Screw type compressor – 03 Nos. Make - Kirloskar. (ii) Chiller shell and tube 60 TR capacity – 03 Nos. (iii) Condensor shell and tube 60 TR capacity – 03 Nos. (iv) Condensor water monoblock pump set 7.5 HP - 03 Nos. (v) AHU with cooling coil with blower motor complete - 06 Nos. (vi) Electric control panel in plant room complete - 01 No. (vii) Control line devices such as expansion valve, thermostat, solenoid valve, HP/LP cut off sensor, oil failure sensors installed making electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete - 01 No. (viii) Cooling tower of capacity 75 TR - 03 Nos. (ix) Chiller water monoblock punp set 7.5 HP - 03 Nos. (x) Hot water pump set 5 HP - 02 Nos.

Notes for item No 2.00 to 5.00:- (a) The contractor shall quote the rates for deputing man power and reliever arrangement as per labour commissioners rule requirement of labours as mentioned in the item. (b) In case of break down, the additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor. The cost will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The contractor shall monitor the duties of all Refrigerator/AC operator during change of duty and submit report to concerned JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge, the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (d) All Refrigerator/AC operator should in possession of mobile for ease of communication. (e) The mobile number to be permanently display at AC plant as directed by Engr-in-Charge and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) Daily log sheet & maintenance register for plant shall be maintained. Log sheet shall be signed every shift during handing taking over the shift of duly person clearly. Record of inside temperature of Deptt to be maintained shift wise. (g) All consumables such as de scaling solution (use latest solution) having very less quantity of acid and other maintenance materials such as oil, lubricants, grease, gland packing thimbles etc will be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (h) The contractor will ensure that water is always available in make up water tank. If adequate quantity of water is not available then duty operator will lodge complaint with water supply staff/AGE E/M AC office immediately for filling of water. (j) The contractor will maintain a daily temperature record book of each AHU area rooms and to be signed by contractor rep and Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for item No 2.00 to 5.00 (Contd..../):- (k) Recovery of the following per shift per operator/ mechanic will be effected for the less number of mechanic employed on any working day:- (i) Refrigerator/AC operator – Rs. 2000/- per shift of 8 hrs (ii) Refrigerator/AC operator – Rs. 500/- per additional hours (l) The contractor shall provide the services of trained person with experience in similar field as mentioned in particular specifications and documents to be submit the Engr-in-Charge for approval before commencement of work. (m) Staff engaged for operation/ maintenance of the installation will not leave the installation/ Plant under any circumstances, if during surprise check by the representative of Deptt., operation /maintanance staff found absent then penalty of Rs. 500/- per shift per person will be imposed and deducted from contractors dues (RAR/Final Bill). (n) The Plant operator should posses Temp & Humidity meter for inside room temp measurement, Temp & Humidity meter shall be provided by the contractor. (o) Duty roster will be submitted by the contractor before commencement of the month for obtaining the approval of JE and Engineer-in-charge. Any change in duty roster will be made by the contractor, only after approval of Engineer-in-charge. (p) Contractor should arrange proper uniform with name plate on shirt for the operators and its cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (q) The operator shall also be responible to inform any complaint of non functioning of AC Plant to the Engr-In-Charge. (r) Contractor shall made payment through authorised bank and photocopy of receipt of payment shall be attached with RAR/FB.

Notes for item No 2.00 to 5.00 (Contd..../):- (s)The contractor shall provide reliever of AC/ Refrigerator mechanic as per labour rules & regulations and the rates for which are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (t) Plant should be maintained to achieve temp 21 º C ± 2º C and relative humidity 50 ± 5% or as per plant designed for. (u) Required refrigerant gas and compressor oil for maintenance of Plant are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) The rates quoted against providing manpower in Schedule ‘A’ item(s) (BoQ) is found to be less than the existing minimum labour wages (inclusive of EPF, ESIC, Bonus, O H & Profit, LWC and taxes), the bids will be declared as “Non-Bonafide” tender and will be rejected in financial evaluation. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance, whose rates found to be reasonable. The tender will be considered for financial evaluation only if the Section-I is found bonafied. (w) In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid/ bonafide bids only. (x) Contractor has to carry out all major and minor break down/repairs pertains to complete machineries of central AC Plant & connected cooling tower AHUs rates quoted is deemed to be included for all except any damage due to natural disasters such as flash, floods, earth quake, cyclone etc. (y) The rates of note No. (a) to (x) above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

SECTION-II

Supply and fixing in repairs of Pre filter 10 micron of size 600mm x 600x 50mm made of out of GI wire mesh interspaced with two crimp layers and three flat layers flanged deep box type and efficiency 90% as per existing size and pattern for the all three AC Plant air handling unit complete all as speicifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Location:- Signal Enclave and CAMS) (Make- Athlete or equivalent as approved by Accepting Officer.)

Supply & fixing MCCB 3 Pole of capacity 630 Amps, 50 Hz, 415V with rupturing capacity of 50 kA including spreader terminals with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- L&T/ Siemens/Legrand/ ABB/ C & S.)

Materials and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing foundation and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for frame work with angle iron for frame support, with fabrication, welding joining including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-charge.

Supply & fixing commissioning and testing Cooling Tower Motor of capacity 5HP, 3.70kW (1000RPM), conforming to protection IP 55, IE3 class suitable for operation on 3 phase 440W, 50Hz, AC supply including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- OSWAL/ ABB/ Crompton/ Kirloskar).

Supply & fixing commissioning and testing Cooling Tower Motor of capacity 3HP, 2.22kW (900RPM), conforming to protection IP 55, IE3 class suitable for operation on 3 phase 440W, 50Hz, AC supply including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- OSWAL/ ABB/ Crompton/ Kirloskar).

Material and labour for opening the AHU side cover and scraping/ removing the deposited material from cooling coil using vamuklin 2RA clean solution and cleaning all AHU's cooling coils by pressurized water using pump motor through blower, detection of leakage, repair damaged cooling coils tubes with necessary welding/ blazing and lubricating the all bearing, checking motor foundation etc. complete and refixing/ replacing the same and testing on load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of the condensers, chillers, induction motors & pipe lines , valves and outer body of cooling towers with different colors following the color code system as directed by the Engineer in charge . Job includes removing the old paint by rubbing/ scrubbing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge for central AC plants of Cap 3×60 TR at HQ CICG TG. (Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JHONSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR.)

Material and labour for cleaning of cooling tower tank and collecting chamber of AC Plant capacity 3 x 60 TR by brushing and removing the deposited scales/ sludge etc. including replacing the defective parts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of PVC fills of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm for cooling tower of capacity 75 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Fan assembly of size 1500 mm sweep including hub, clamp, fan blade, etc. suitable for Cooling Tower of capacity 75 TR complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC nozzles of suitable size and specifications (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs of compound gauge of size 100 mm for water pipe line including siphon, cock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make :- As per sample)

Supply and fixing in repairs of thermometer range (0-50⁰ C) for water pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (make:- Fiebig / H guru / AE.)

Supply & fixing in repairs of cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of dia 50mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make: - ADVANCE/ AUDCO/ LEADER/CASTLE/ NVR/ ZOLOTO).

Supply & fixing in repairs of cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of dia 65mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make: - ADVANCE/ AUDCO/ LEADER/CASTLE/ NVR/ ZOLOTO).

Supply & fixing in repairs of cast iron butter fly valves lever operated SS disc type nitrile/EPDM rubber lining PN 16 of dia 125mm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Make: - ADVANCE/ AUDCO/ LEADER/CASTLE/ NVR/ ZOLOTO).

Dismanting of old broken Chiller make up tank of any capacity and Supply &fixing rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (three layers) of 1000 litres capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) alongwith suitable insulation jackets hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.(MakE:- POLYCON/ SINTEX/ ORIPLAST/ JINDAL)
