Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in position, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position i.e. floors and pavings etc nexc 15 cm thick (below or above G.L.) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed. .

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches (if required), of 75/100mm dia pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipe of 150 mm to 300 mm dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out jopints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel work as in gates etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 mtr in depth but n. exc 3.00 mtr in depth, for foundation , laying of pipes and cable etc or for shafts,wells, cesspits, manholes,pier holes etc, n.exc 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 in depth but n.exc 3.00 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed..

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning of blocked Manhole n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and removing all silt, residue sludge both organic and inorganic nature including any type of foreign material and removing waste material/sludge manually or by using mechanical Eqiupment etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

All as per item No 14 herein before, but depth of man hole exc 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3.00 mtr completed all as specified and directed..

Cleaning of all blockage in sewage line of 100 mm dia of sewer line (i.e branch sewer line, main sewer line, manually or by using mechanical Eqiupmen etc) in any depth and in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between sucessive manholes by manually or mechanically and removing sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground and ensuring high standred of heigine and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. Dewatering of existing septic tanks of any capacioty (10 users to 500 user) including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well,, taking out sewage water by mechanical pump and equipment, filling in closed tank atached with tractore or truck etc and removing the same out side from population area, complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) Mesurement of item shall be taken as effected measurement of septic tank which is occupied by the volume of water. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen/WHB Trap including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete and ensuring high standred of heigine and sanitation complete along with necessary cleaning alongwith rods,pumps Bamboos if necessary,chemicals as required and all other required tools all as specified and day to day directed by Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate includes for keeping particular BLOCK under taken once for cleaning, functional for full contract period.) Note :-(i) The contractor should provide 04 people (02 sewage cleaning people & 02 helpers) and his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @300.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

Concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150mm including packing under,and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary shuttering and supports, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Thickness of bed belew barrel of pipe -10 cm. (ii) Width of bed :- outer dia of pipe plus 30 cm.

All as per item No 24 here in before, but 200 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Reinforced cement concrete slab 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on wall, beams etc or similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping. Kneelers, bed block including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc, complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

All as per item No 46 herein before, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling shall be used.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius butt in cm 1.6 complete all as specified & directed.

60 mm thick glossy rubber coloured designer interlocking machine pressed precast concrete paver block colour and pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge) strength not less than 350 kg/sqm any shape (tested as IS 1237-1980) laid dry over and including 30 mm compacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

80 mm thick glossy rubber coloured designer interlocking machine pressed precast concrete paver block colour and pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge) strength not less than 350 kg/sqm any shape (tested as IS 1237-1980) laid dry over and including 30 mm compacted sand bed, size & pattern of tiles all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chequered glossy finished, ceramic heavy duty paving tiles, matt finished of size 300 x 300 x 10-30mm thick of approved colour, as approved by GE, fixed with spaces, jointed and pointed in epoxy tile grout to match the shade of tile in floor over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting aside for reparing cleaning etc and hoisting after cleaning and removing all scale dirt etc from tank and mouth of circulating pipeetc of capacity upto and including 500 ltr tank endrosed the word cleaned on the date with white paint including replacement of broken /UNSV fitting such as elbow ,tee .socket,nipple including float valve of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing only for chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size or type (size and type shall be directed by Engr-in-charge as per site requirement), complete all as specified and as directed. .

In repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Concertina coil punched type (including spike and handle) with 50/51 turns and dia 600mm, having a 2.6mm dia core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wire are electro galvanized to provide protection against out door exposure. The punched tape is mechanically crimped over the cover wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil steel clips cannect the individule turns of the coil to each other so that it opens up like an accordion. The weight of each coil will be 9 Kgs (+- 5%) without packing material and coil length 7 to 8 mtr when opened up. Each coil wound with bituminized Hession cloth for providing protective coating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
