Taking down of old bituminous tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/ concrete surfaces removal to distance exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres from the site and cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per square metre over that a coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per square metre complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making the grooves to 'V' section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC water tank/Chajja of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and (exc 250 and not exc 500 ltr capacity) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 100mm thick type C-1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in base of tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rotational moulded polythene water storage tank triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part I capacity of tank 500 ltrs complete fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed

All same as per item No. 12 above, but on 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free ) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonry including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dr fixit /Berger / Perma

M&L for removal of loose and disintegrated concrete of RCC structural members viz slab, beam, column and lintel etc by low impact hammer including removal of debris outside MoD land, cleaning the surface by high pressure water jet or by air blast and exposed reinforcement bars with wire brush and apply two coats of anti-rust protective chemical at suitable intervals all as per manufacturer's instructions to resist further deteoration of reinforcement bars including use and waste form work and providing welded wire mesh size 100 x 100 mm of wire 3 and using spry gun pressure guiniting in CM 1:3, 30mm thick finishing the guiniting surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, 10mm including using water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface, and unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 19 above but for slabs / chajjas and thickness of guiniting 25mm and finished even and smooth with 5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 including using water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceilings, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches n exc 3 sqm each patch all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement in patches n exc 3 sqm each patch all as specified and as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for preparing newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer using chalk whiting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting down plants/trees of girth n exc 15 cm from roof tops/sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/soil/waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (Herbal medicine) and making good to suit the adjointing surfaces using PCC type 1:2:4, type B-0 or cement mortar 1:2 with necessary scaffolding/staging etc upto any height complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leakage/seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department.

Excavating in post holes or similar holes each n.exc 0.5 cum in soft /loose soil getting out ,returning filling in and ramming around in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack, trusses, post, rafter where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates to Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonory, built-in-cement mortar with all quions, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including disposal of the rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
