Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m including Overheads and Contractors Profit as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Excavation for roadway in hard rock (Blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with initial lift of 3 mts and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross- sections including Overheads and Contractors Profit as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 MORD/ 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Forming embankment with borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary by mechanical means with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, Overheads and Contractors Profit but excluding seigniorage charges., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (4th revision) - with a lead beyond 1000m and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN / Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH including Overheads and Contractors Profit and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and Laying of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) of Grade M10 - Nominal Mix using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , seigniorage charges on all materials, labour charges for mixing , laying and finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work including Overheads and Contractors profit and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, Plain Cement Concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification 602 MORTH.
Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccum pressure 0.70-0.80 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floting with powerfloater, mechanical trawelling, finishing with sound edges and camers including hire and operational charges of machinery, etc,including,Loading , Unloading, Contarctor's profit and overhead charges but excluding seignorage charges, complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC Pavement 100mm to 200mm thick, complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads,transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303 MORD / 305 MORTH, by using machinery as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Carting of surplus excavated earth/rock/dismantled material with a Lead of 5 km from the site including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, labour charges, complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation for underground drainage lines in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity in narrow trenches including cutting and loading, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, setting out, construction of shoring strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including dressing of sides and bottom backfilling as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH for Pipe Line Trenches, including provision for narrow trenches in restricted areas, including contractor's profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges, compete for finished items of work and as directed by Engineer-in charge.
Excavation for Under ground drainage lines in hard rock in narrow trenches with controlled blasting by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections,setting out, construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, loading and disposal of cut rock with all lifts and leads upto 1000 m including dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 MORD / 301 MORTH for Pipe Line Trenchs including provision for narrow trenches in restricted areas and contractor's profit and overhead charges but excluding Seigniorage Charges,complete for finished items of work and as directed by Engineer-in charge
