Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete., Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2)

Providing and fixing ceramic & Glazed tiles/ vitrified tiles/ of any size of approved make in floors / dados, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 3 mm thick adhesive of reputed brands as per IS specification 15477-2004 using 5 Kg. adhesive per sqm area of tiles and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles excluding cost of tiles. (HSR 10.73)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:, Old work (one or more coats) (HSR 30.25.1)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (1) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). (HSR 11.95.1).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (HSR 30.22)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: (1) White vitreous chinaware Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests. Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 : (1) 15 mm nominal bore. (HSR 22.104.1).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. (1) 15 mm nominal bore. (HSR 22.106.1).

Providing and fixing C.P. brass stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS:8931. (1) 15 mm nominal bore. (HSR 22.107.1).

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, (HSR 22.23) W.C. pan with ISi marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing PTMT pillar cock of approved quality and colour. (1) 15 mm nominal bore, 107 mm long, weighing not less than 110 gms. (HSR 22.213.1).
