The procurement will be made from OEM (i.e M/S Cummins India Limited) or its authorized dealer or from the firms who have successfully supplied same/similar item to NR or any other Railway Unit. Tenderers participating as an OEM authorized dealer must attach tender specific authorization of OEM and Tenderers participating as an successful past supplier must attach the proof of successful past supply of same/similar item along with their offer.

This may be combined with letter of Authorization itself.
