Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete including cost and convetance and labour charges etc complete.

Providing pressed tiles set in cm 1:3 including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm set in cm 1:3 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coat with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.

Painting two coat with Oilbound Distember of first quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorogh scarpping clean removal of dirt etc complete.
