(150 TR -02 Nos+120TR-01 Nos) capacity, central Air- Conditioning plant with chiller, boiler, Pumps, Cooling Tower etc. comprising of following. a) 120/150TR water chilling unit complete with reciprocating/screw compressor with motor drive shell & tube condenser & chiller with mounting frame, control panel starter, safety control gauge panel, refrigerant piping, control wiring , chiller (insulated) and condenser piping , water flow switch, accessories, setting & safety devices, instruments, all types of valves, refrigerant gas, & oil and electrical panel in HVAC plant room, painting of the HVAC system once in 02 year etc. complete as required.- 3 Nos. b) Electric hot water boiler 200KW capacity with all accessories control panel starter, safety control, gauge, panel, inter connected piping with insulation & heaters etc. complete as required & installed -2 Nos. c) 20 HP condenser water pump of vertical split casing type with motor starter, water flow switch, pressure gauges, thermometers, inter connecting piping, all types of valves & accessories, interconnecting piping complete as required. -5 Nos. d) 15 HP chilled water pump monoblock type with motor starter, water flow switch, pressure gauges, thermometers , inter connecting piping, all types of valves & accessories complete as required - 5 Nos. e) 250 TR cooling tower F.R.P. vertical, induced draft type complete with F.R.P. basin, F.R. body, ladder, drives motor, valves, interconnecting piping etc. complete as required - 3 Nos. f) Remote control panel for AHUs with indication lamps, ON & OFF push button, accessories, internal wiring etc. complete as required. - 01 Set

Operation of 2 Nos each of 30TR capacities Double Skin type Air Handling Units installed at Auditorium basement made of GI casing and pre plasticized GSS with polyurethane foam insulation sandwiched between them , comprising of 4 row chilled water cooling coil with coil section having copper tubes with aluminium fins, Fan with fan section, Filter with filter section, Air Flow Switch etc. complete with motor and drive and as per specification enclosed on non office hours.
