M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (to sunken floor & vertical surfaces) mixed with liquid water proofing solution @ 150ml in 50 Kg of Cement by weight, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately under respective item only)

M&L water proofing treatment to toilet area of sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge with following course of description below :- (a) Applying first layer of cement slurry @ 0.488Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @ 0.253Kg/Sqm of make as approved in technical instruction 5/2003 and be allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (b) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.242Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound coating @ 0.126Kg/Sqm and be allowed to air cure for 4 Hours. (c) Followed with water curing and testing for leak proof by ponding test for 48 Hours.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass filling in two layer in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm dia GI pipe as in spout to drain out if any leakage occures in the sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted 0.50mm thick Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated / trapezoidal steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in roof covering , fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 MPa and AZ 150 grade as in ridge of roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel, as in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, levelling to roof/sunken slab and roof kerbs etcwith liquid water proofing solution (mixed @ 150ml in 50 Kg of Cement by weight), finished even and fair with proper slope as prepatory works to water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound, as required, shall be measured & paid separately under respective item only.

M&L of water proofing treatment to accessible roof slab, with APP based modified polymeric membrane, seven layered with centre core 100 micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, having thickness 3mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions with torch application complete all as specified and directed with following course of description below :-

(a) 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC will be applied over the roof slab when concrete is green. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaireds the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment.

(b) the surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as, fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners.

(c) Bitumious based primer confiorming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 kg/SM to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is property impregnated.

(d) After the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer's instruction. The overlap while toching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150 mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer.

(e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(f) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of type B-1 of size 100mm x 100 mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is changes direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/ juctions should be rounded.

(g) Toping will be done with precast machine pressed cement concrete tiles of size 250x250mm, 20-25mm thick, conforming IS:1237 shall be laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed in 1:4. The joints between the tiles will be 2-3 mm & will be filled with chemical as specified.

M&L for ATT ,providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ATT , providing and injecting of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described,ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc. and treated with tar or coal tar black paint , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switches, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm(OD), concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG, 60 mm deep with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following points :-

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of cables / pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 after laying of pipes and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.
