| 1.00 | Cleaning of Facade work (Both external & internal ) i.e. Structural glazing, ACP cladding, external windows etc. including removing of unwanted plant & fungus growth etc if any. The work shall be carried out as per the required and as directed by the EIC by using spyder, cradel machine, gandola, ladder, Scaffolding or any other mechanical equipment or machine such as jetspray, pressure pumps etc including providing and using suitable & required chemical for cleaning such as alkaline, detergent, solvent,diluted acid, oxidant as specified and including wiper, squeezer, bucket brushes etc and necessary manpower etc.
Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour material, cleaning material, transport, equipment, Scaffolding etc.
The rate shall be for three service in a year.Site should be visted before quoating rates
HBB External Work : External glass & ACP cladding façade of Homi Bhabha Building External all sides, Slant glazing, roof top of atrium, cancopies etc.
HBB Internal Work :Internal Glass façade at atrium area, window glass in main building, atrium colunms up to full height, glass railing/railing,etc.
