Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 40mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

S&F for PVC dividing strips 1.50mm thick & 38mm wide fixed in floor complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 150mm thick plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (with Grey cement and pigment) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc or for shafts, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exec 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified

M & L for plain cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete work complete all as specified

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block (type C1, 1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and set in mortar cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) rendering to be finished even and soomth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exec 25 cm.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in post holes all as specified and directed.

S & F rolles mild steel work in tubular trusses made out from pipes (medium weight) including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand -rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind tiles for roof including securing bolts etc conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete & as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work as in plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S &F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
