Disconnecting all electrical connections from the unserviceable self starter of any make/ capacity model 24 volts, 180 /200 AH and taking down the self starter and transporting to civil workshop for carrying out repairs, complete overhauling the system including replacing the unserviceable parts such as bearing, carbon brushes, clutch plates etc refixing the self starter in its original position, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Taking down old unserviceable hydrant hose pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Hydrant hose pipe, 63 mm dia and 2x15 mtrs long RRL type with Gunmetal 63 mm size male coupling at one end and female coupling at the other end. It should with stand a burtsting pressure of 450 psi, rot proofed, with ISI mark. Hose shall comply to IS 636

Taking down old unserviceable branch pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of short Branch pipe with 63 mm female instanteneous inlet made of gun metal, male threaded outlet, complete with hexagonal based nozzle heavy quality confirming to IS 903 etc. as approved and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable hose reel pipe and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Hose Reel pipe 20 mm dia. X 30 mtr. Long, high pressure with 5 mm out let GM nozzle with shut off valve(IS: 884 - 1969) includes stop cock and chromium plated nozzle with all neceesary fixing materials complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs sprinkler bulb Spirit type 60 to 70 degree temperature fusible range suitable for fire fighting sprinkler system complete all as directed.

M&L for Scrapping of old existing paint of pipe lines of size 80mm - 100mm for Fire fighting system of any sizes and applying two coats of enemel paint to match with the existing shade complete all as directed.
