Removing of old unserviceable Prelaminated Particle board piece from head board S&F of new head board of existing size made of Prelaminated Particle Board exterior grade with 2mm thick PVC edging all around the board duly fixed with adhesive and hot pressing machine rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Repairs/ replacement of back rest frame made out of superior quality hard wood 35x25mm size duly black painted and caned Godrej pattern for tubular steel chair CB with arms of overall size of seat frame 450x380mm rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Replacement of hand rest (Godrej pattern) duly painted with black enamel paint as per existing size for tubular steel chair tubler steel with arms rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Repair/replacement of rusted cleat/Flat iron strips with new flat iron of size 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Chair school all as shown on drg.

Welding to broken joints/Jali of chair school all as directed/shown on drawing.

CHARPOY G I PIPE PLY TOP/CHARPOY WITH PLYWOOD TOP {FD-220/MAP or similar}: S&F in repairs to 12mm thick plywood BWR Grade, single piece of approved quality with suitable steel screw and cup washer including removal of damaged plywood, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking out old damaged & worn out following parts of charpoy GI pipe and replace the same with new part without damaging other parts all as per drg or as directed.

LONG RAIL: Made of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked of approved make including both side threading complete all as specified and directed.

SHORT RAIL: Cutting the unserviceable portion from existing unserviceable long rail obtained from Sl item 3.02 here-in-before and converting into short rail including threading both side and fixing the same in the existing charpoy frame complete all as directed.

LEGS: Cutting the unserviceable portion from existing unserviceable short rail obtained from Sl item 3.03 here-in-before and converting into legs including threading one side for screwing and other side/bottom of leg should be covered with 4mm thick round MS plate complete all as directed.

S&Fixed in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade of approved make suitable for fixing the long rail/short rail/legs rest all as shown on drg and as directed.

Welding to broken joints of Charpoy complete all as directed .

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of Charpoy with hard top all as shown on drg.

TABLE OFFICE OFFICERS STEEL {FD-84 (M)/FD-306/FD-1002/FD-1003} S&F in repairs drawers made of 20 gauge MS Sheet duly finished with standard workmanship for Table Office Officers Steel complete same as per existing drawer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed.
