Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, manhole cover slab, floors n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Taking down cement rendering/plastering of any thickness and of any description including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., over wall or ceiling surface complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 200mm bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed and tested complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm bore grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed and testedcomplete in all respect as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for sewage line and manholes, drain etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Plain cement concerete in ground floor and pavings n. exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concerete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concerete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry work and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement on iternal surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces of brickwork finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in channel, benching of manhole or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in concrete bed to 200 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against side of pipes after they are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under and haunching against side of pipes after they are laid, jointed and tested complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in 75mm thick sub-base to floors & pavings or similar work finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking bending or hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning of septic tank by blocking temporarily the inlet with approprite wooden plugs and bailing/pumping out water in liquid/semi liquid state from septic tank/soak pit and scraping out sludge, organic matter /inorganic matter, soft/semi solid material and removing to outside of MoD land in sealed tank container mounted over trolley/transport vehicle, self driven electrical/mechanical pump and filling into shallow pits at their own arrangement with due permission from local municipal/civil authorities at his/her own arrangement and removal of wooden plugs and channeling the water back into soakage/septic tank on the same day complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note:- Measurement will be carried out in cubic meter capacity of sealed/closed container under which all sludge/water will be measured as capacity of tank and nothing extra will be paid on this account. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Material and labour for clearing of blokage from Manholes, Grease trap, Nahani trap, WC, Floor trap, etc including washing/cleaning upto 1st manhole complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note:-Clearing of blockage up to 30 (thirty) days interval in one pit in the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 30 (thirty days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately). Measurement shall be carried out for each qtr wise. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost. (Format of complaint slip attached)

Cleaning of sewage line of any diameter by roding and of any description including manholes by machines or other means of mechanical tools to clear the sludge/ blockage inside the sewage line, the manholes will be flushed with water to drain out sludge etc. inside the sewage line from manholes to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge and re-fixing the manhole cover complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note: Minimum two safaiwala alogwith two helpers with all tools and plant will be engaged by the contractor per day irrespective of one complaint and complaint will be attended and completed within same day. Clearing of blockage up to 30 (thirty) days interval the same place is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and after 30 (thirty) days of cleaning if bolcked in the same pit shall be measured separately. Complaint Slip Book shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

M & L Preparing, washing, rubbing down and complete removal of existing treatment for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied on old decorated surfaces of walls including necessary filling of voids with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint duly filled the voids with enamel based putty complete in all respect as specified & directed.
