Construction of Dugharia to Pathorichuk Road (L= 2.7 Km) :Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and tress of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such tress cut earlier and disposal of unser viceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removel and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Cluse 301.5. Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (i) Private Land

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (II) For Grading II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means Gr-III materials

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement M40 having thickness 80mm as per Technical Specification Clause 1504.complete including carriage. (a) Including Edge block/Edge restraints)

Providing and fixing typical infornmatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm thick ,top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmX5m siz on back…middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel,600mm below ground level .the top most diamond......stove enameled on both side... arrows,border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality ......two coats of apoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Retro reflectorised Traffic sign: Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides.
