Extra on item 5 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/ polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl. Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Above 9.0 mtr. long pole One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming. 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer. 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

Painting Block Letters or Digits within a circle/square as required-Size 50 mm and upto 75 mm.

Supply and Fixing of single arm header assembly fabricated from 40mm dia. 2 mtr long GI Pipe arm (ISI-M) rigidly welded with 88.9 mm dia. GI Pipe arm bracket (ISI-M) of 0.3 Mtr. long as pole sleeves at an angle of 90⁰ including S/F 3Nos ½” MS jam nut each with 1No. ½” dia. through bolt and painting of the entire assembly as to GS.

Supply and Fixing of double arm header assembly fabricated from 40mm dia. 1.5 meter long GI Pipe arm (ISI-M) rigidly welded with 170 mm dia. GI Pipe arm bracket (ISI-M) of 0.3 Mtr. long as pole sleeves at an angle of 90⁰ including S/F 3Nos ½” MS jam nut each with 1No. ½” dia. through bolt and painting of the entire assembly as to GS.

S & Drawing 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multisranded copper cable from Loop Box to pole Fixture (Make- Havells, RR Kabel, Polycab).

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming (for soft soil).

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by ISI Medium GI pipe.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe .

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Laying of one No. cable upto 50 sqmm through microtunneling with 50 mm OD HDPE (5 mm thick) pipe 1 mtr below the ground and laying the cable through the pipe by cutting entry prockets at both ends a depth of 1 mtr and 0.3 mtr width and making masonary pit at both ends at each location for at least eight locations by brick, sand , cement etc incl. top cover as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of LED rope(without Adapter) in spriral manner at a gap of 6'' with blue and white colours on existing steel tubular pole/iron Structure including necessary fixing arrangements, cleaning and mending good the damages, with the specification as - LED Count: 60 Nos/Mtr, Power-Min 6Watt/Mtr, Lumen: 6-8 Lumen/Mtr, (Make: philips/Crompton/Wipro) with a warranty of minimum three year.Those damaged Strip needs to be replaced as and when called for, free of cost.This will be connected by original company provided connector as per direction of EIC(White-550mtr,Blue-550mtr)-DLP- 3 years.

Supply & Fixing of Power adapter for stream IP65 LED strip(Make: Philips/Crompton/Wipro)-DLP- 3 years.

Supply & fixing of 250V, 2pin 6A capacity male female plug set for exixting LED strip light.

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a outdoor type (Min. IP66 rated) feeder pillar box having size 1650(H) X1450(W) X900(D) mm as per GTP-Annexure-I (An AutoCAD drawing of the feeder pillar should be approved by EIC before starting fabrication of feeder pillar).

Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a outdoor type (Min. IP66 rated) feeder pillar box having size 1650(H) X1450(W) X750(D) mm as per GTP.-Annexure-I (An AutoCAD drawing of the feeder pillar should be approved by EIC before starting fabrication of feeder pillar).

Supply & fixing of 4 way , 250V, 32A capacity porcelain connecter in existing pole header and connecting the same with the incoming cable and outgoing wires incl necessary socketing.

Charges for removing the paver blocks and cutting the cement concrete 300mm wide x 200 mm average depth and refixing the paver blocks as to orginal finish with cc mixure & sand after laying the cable as per direction of EIC.

Supplying & fixing of 300/350 mm dia (as per existing pole dia) insulating PVC heat sleeve of blue colour on existing ST pole for insulation purpose upto a height of 2 mtr above muffing. The sleeve is to be fixed on pole body firstly by cutting along the length and to be wrapped around the pole upto desired height and then the cut portion is to be sealed firstly by applying cyanoacrylate based instant super glue along the cut length and then applying heat by heat gun for shrinking effect as per direction of EIC.

Special Terms and conditions

In case of defective / less illumination within DLP of LED fittings the agency should replace the fittings at pole end with it’s own cost.

The agency must procure the materials form manufacturer /OEM/or from their authorized sales channel so that the warranty / support of the manufacturer /OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer /OEM and standard warrenty/ support for 5 years should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer /OEM /authorised sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer -in- Charge mentioning NIT/NIQ and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work /submission of bill.
