Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in any type of soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for hardcore of broken bricks gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls and applying three coats of white wash on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of mild steel framed work as in framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 30cm long, diameter of neck in exc 12mm but n exc 20mm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of Plain, galvanized iron sheets 1.00mm thick, with minimum 275gm/Sq.m of zinc coating, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for point wiring with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable in and including PVC casing capping 20/30mm size or as required at site including its fittings and fixtures such as ties, bends, elbows and junction boxesetc. including 1.50 Sqmm copper earth wire (green colour) FRLS Cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main earthing and common earth terminal for one light point or fan point or bell point controlled by one No, one way switch using cable of different insulation colour for colour coding including 3mm thick laminated sheet cover, mild steel sunken box including cutting chases and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall / floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 20W surface/wall mounted box type batten LED luminaire, extruded polycarbonate housing with PC diffuser and integrated electronic driver with high efficiency long life, CRI=80(Minimum), PF>0.90, luminous efficacy > 120 lumens/Watt operating voltage 140V-240V, colour temperature (CCT) > 5700 + 300K, THD < 10% complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connection up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector of LED fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Switch piano, flush type, 5/6 Amps, single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed.
