CWE/P-08/2021-22 REPAIR/REWINDING OF TRANSFORMERS OF DIFFERENT CAPACITY AND ALLIED WORK UNDER GE (WEST) PATHANKOT

Taking down defective transformers including disconnecting electric connection of LT/HT side from two pole structure, from platform or from indoor sub station and transport to the workshop for repairs/testing/commissioning and re-installation and commissioning after repairs as and where directed incl making elect connection on HT/LT side, complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of transformer 300 to 500 kVA, 11 kV/440 volts indoor/outdoor of any make/type after unscrewing nuts,bolts, washers and taking down other connected accessories, such as temp guage,breather, for rewinding of HT/LT coils, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Payment of repairs replacement of parts, rewinding of coils and filteration of oil will be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of BOQ.

All as per srl item No 2 here-in-before but of capacity 125 kVA to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT coils made out of super enamelled copper winding wire for transformer capacity 50 kVA to 500 kVA complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mode of rewinding/guage of winding wire will be maintained as per the manufacturers design.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT coil of copper strip duly insulated/cotton covered/varnished as per the standard design of manufacturers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective HT 11 kV bush suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer 300 kVA to 500 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective HT 11 kV brass stud with hexazonal brass nut 02 Nos suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer 300 kVA to 500 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT bush suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer 315 kVA to 500 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT bush suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer 125 kVA to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT bush suitable for indoor/outdoor transformer 50 kVA to 100 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT brass stud with hexagonal brass nuts/washers (02 Nos) each side suitable indoor/outdoor transformer 300 kVA to 500 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT brass stud with hexagonal brass nuts/washers (02 Nos) each side suitable indoor/outdoor transformer 125 kVA to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of defective/burnt out LT brass stud with hexagonal brass nuts/washers (02 Nos) each side suitable indoor/outdoor transformer 50 kVA to 100 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of temprature gauge 0-100 celsius for recording observation of temperature of transformer oil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Breather with silca gel for absorbing moisture having of transformer capacity 50 kVA to 63 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Breather with silca gel for absorbing moisture having of transformer capacity 100 kVA to 200 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Breather with silca gel for absorbing moisture having of transformer capacity 250 kVA to 400 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Breather with silca gel for absorbing moisture having of transformer capacity 500 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of transformer oil in transformers having lower level of oil, levelling upto desired level having dielectric strength not less than 45 kV confirming to relevent IS, complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/filteration for transformer capacity from 100 KVA to 500 KVA and 8000 KVA, 66/11 KV of transformer oil by attending each installation/transformer with automatic centrifuging machine in on line condition for conducting oil filteration with stream line type machine at site to achieve BDV not less than 40 KV to 50 KV dpepnding upon 66 KV & 11 KV at the gap of 2.5 mm for 1 minute as directed and specified by Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Painting of transformer at site after taking proper shutdown ( prior to painting to transformer will be fully cleaned/scrubbed removing of oil deposition/dirt/oil paint etc) with super enamelled paint duly approved from Engineer-in-Charge, capacity of transformer 300/315 to 500 kVA Including writting SM/MES No as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Font of letter should be not less than 2 inches.

All as per srl item No 22 here-in-before but 125 to 250 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 26 here-in-before but 50 to 100 kVA, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for opening LT, 1100V, ACB front and back side complete after taking shutdown , cleaning, dusting inside & out side of ACB greasing oiling the mechanical parts of ACB, callibration testing and complete servicing including the replacement of the following items if required:- (a)Repair/ Cleaning tripping coil 440V (b)Repair/ Cleaning of contacts (c)Repair of wiring for tripping coil (d)Replacement of indicating lamps (e)Repair of internal wiring for indicating lamps.

M&L for opening HT, 11KV,800A 25KA VCB front and back side only after taking shutdown , cleaning the dusting inside & out side of VCB greasing oiling the mechanical parts of VCB,callibration test and including the repair replacement of the following items if required :- (a) Cleaning of VCB with Air blower and removing Dust particles. (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended. (c ) Checking the acting contact gap of vaccum interupter if gap exceeds the permissable limits, adjust as recommended. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon of any other unwanted particle if visible. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barriers with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking,repair/replacement of all Electric wiring for electrical /manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all Nut bolts springs, livers, Latches, connectors and other parts adjustments as required and recommended. (h) Recording of IR Values of CTs and PTs. (j) checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustments as per manufactures recommendations. (k) Replacement of indicating lamps. (l) Repair of internal wiring for indicating lamps. (m) Repair of wiring for tripping coil (No volt coil) , tripping switch set. (n) Repair of No Volt coil of suitable capacity. (o) Complete servicing and testing of Earth fault relay, Over load relay, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, indication lamp and all the protective equipment inside the VCB to be serviced and working properly with necessary replacement of defective equipments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suply and fixing of Transformer Oil 3 Phase Pump in replacement Model 1205D,0.5HP, [email protected], 80x80NB fo 66KV transformer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of metal oxide surge arrester rated voltage of 60kv,Discharge current 10kA,rated frequency 50Hz,Pressure relief class 40KA(RMS) Model ZAQ-60-S-M, complete all as specified and directed, Make OBLUM as per sample approved by GE and Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of existing outdoor sub station fencing (XPM) at site ( prior to painting to fencing will be fully cleaned/scrubbed removing of rust deposition/dirt/oil paint etc) with two coats super enamelled paint duly approved from GE and Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of gate valve brass 3/4" ISI marked with iron wheel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminiun lugs suitable for LT cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminiun lugs suitable for LT cable of size 120 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminiun lugs suitable for LT cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs male and female contact made out of brass copper alloy suitable for gang operated device 11 KV 200 Amps/400 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium strip having size 50 x 6mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of transformer installated on 2 pole/PCC plateform from one Sub Station to another Sub Station upto distance 3 Km including disconnecting electric connection LT/HT side and re-installation at site and connect LT/HT connections, complete the commissioning & testing all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Cable end terminal box outdoor type (cold shrinkable type) HT 11 KV suitable for 3 core 50-95sqmm, HT XLPE cable including all jointing material and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement Cable end terminal box outdoor type (cold shrinkable type) HT 11 KV suitable for 3 core 120-185 sqmm, HT XLPE cable including all jointing material and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning for under ground cable upto 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 23 cm.The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part - I of 2009.

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt old size laid dry flat for protection of cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earth filling under floors ,spreading /leveling in layers n exc 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as per requirement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS work with hand rails ,half round or other stock section ,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars,including embeding in concrete and screwing etc , struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed ,drilling holes ,notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh/XPM net etc) including all necessary drilling ,bolting or riveting and similar work conforming ton Fe--290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for XPM net fencing with 4 mm dia GI wire welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to steel memers n exc 4 kg, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded having 100 mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats synthetic black paint on steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations for flooring etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregates as in foundation and mass concrete for foundation concrete of poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with alumn conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying & testing of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with alumn conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
