Dismantling of polymeric water proofing membrane single layer with plaster on roofs complete including removal of material and debris away from the site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in any description and in any position (unreinforced) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0, (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying 10 mm thick average plaster in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below :- (a) Preparation of plaster surface roof by brushing and cleaning . (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @0.5 Kg/Sqm. (c) Applying tack coat of hot blown industrial bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per sqm. (d) Supply & laying APP based polymeric membrane on top of weight not less than 3 kg/sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid by torch application over primed surface & the overlap shall be of minimum 75mm on longitudional direction and 100 mm on transverse dirrection and apllying aluminium paint over it complete all as per manufacturers's instruction etc all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old ceiling board of any thickness incl cover fillets etc all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick AC ceiling board fixed with nails as in ceiling including two coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re- fixing of plain fillets squre,rectangular or triangular in section clean sawn secured with nails of IInd class soft wood sectional area Exc 6 and not Exc 13 Sqcm complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F 605x605mm snap grid of powder coated galvanized iron of angle of size 23mm x 23mm of 30 gauge (Perimeter), T section of size 23mm x27mm and main T 23mm x 35 mm of 30 gauge suitable for false ceiling including GI wire 3 mm thick @ 1200 mm centre to ceter both ways for hanging arragement coplete all as specified and directed

M&L for 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building designer boards fixed in ceiling or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminun frame complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel such as joist channel angle tee section fixed independently without connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of plaster from wall/ celing and soffits of chajja etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and direcrted.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 , laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridges , etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L type or J type hooks or cranked bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. fixed with L type or J type hooks or cranked bolts etc complete but except sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 mm thick A. C. serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets as in ridge fixed with L or J type hook etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Asbostos cement north light curves to suit asbestos cement sheets fixed with L-type or J- type or crank hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters ( any size or pattern ) including all fittings, heads ,shoes etc and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 200mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) bends any radius 200 mm dia complete all as speified and directed

S&F in repair Plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 1 mm thick in ridges , hips , valley gutters drip and straight flashings ( length and girth as fixed ) with grade of zink coating 275 including welded or soldered joints provided, including taking down and re-fixing old Asbestos sheet required during the fixing of valley gutter in position and no. extra payment will be given complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drop ends (for spigot or socket ends) or nozzles for 150mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of valley gutter of any girth at any height, including properly cleaning off rubbish leaves and other foreign materials laying over it and making it fully functionable to the full satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 25 mm thick 1:2:4 Type B-0, (Using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub base, to receive tiles omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick cement plaster in C M 1:4 finished rough to receive wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Premium quality) (squre/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and coloured pigment to match the tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
