B&R PORTION:- Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring by maintaining requires gradient/undulation, finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 sqm each) as in plinth protection, finished the surfaces even & fair, including filled the joints with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but n exc. 0.18Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300mm) x 7mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick back coat layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular), dark shade, polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqms et and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 07 above but on vertical surfaces like skirting or dado including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone or brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of liquid water proofing admixture @ 200/Bag of cement and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick or stone masonry wall surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Petty repairs to low level flushing cistern of any size/description for repair of leaking water by adjusting/replacing the washer and adjustment of lever required for making the cistern functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair brass CP jet spray with holder including 1.5m long PVC/Chromium plated flexible PVC pipe, necessary nut bolts and PVC washers fixed with PVC seat cover for pedestal pattern water closet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair health faucet with flexible pipe of one mtr length incl wall hook for EWC, fixed to 15 mm dia union or ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION:- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for taking up or laying pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm without damaginlg pipes specials/CI specials, fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lifting /lowering unservicable submersible pump assembly completely any type/size up to 30 HP along with coloum/delivery pipe of 50/80mm dia after disconnecting the electrical connection from the deep tube well/Dugwell of various depth, segregating components for carrying out repair work such as rewinding of burnt motor and serviceing of pump etc and re-assembling after repair, lowering in to the bore well, including aligning and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to include only labour for taking up & lowering the submersible pump from bore well along with delivery pipe complete (b) Repairs/rewinding of submersible pump shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items. (c) Replacement of coloumn pipe will be measured and paid for separately as supply only, under relevants items.

M&L for transporting the unserviceable submersible pump set upto 30 HP capacity from site to nearest authorised work shop, dismantling the pump motor assembly, and rewinding the burnt motor with same gauge of PVC insulated super enamelled copper wire as per manufacturer's instruction including servicing/overhauling the pump, re-assemblying and brought back to site complete all as specified and and directed.

Taking down FIP for overhauling by replacing all internal worn out parts & calibration of FIP complete of up to 125 KVA DG set of any type by authorised dealer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carrying out 'B' checks of DG set capacity upto 100/125 KVA including replacement of Engine oil and all types of filters as per manufacturers manual and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTES: - (i) Engine oil, oil filter, coolant will be measured and paid separelty under revelant item. (ii) 'B' check shall be carried out by the authorised dealer of kirloskar/ Crompton Greaves and certificate of 'B' check shall be produced by the contractor from authorised dealer of Kirloskar / Crompton Greaves (iii) Testing equipments required for `B' check shall be of contractor's responsibility.

M&L for replacement of Old battery 12 volt, 150 AH, maintenance free complete all as specified and directed. Make: Exide/ Amaron

M&L for replacement of Old battery 12 volt, 180 AH, maintenance free complete all as specified and directed. Make: Exide/ Amaron

M&L for taking down of unsv self from Generator set and rewinding of same with copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing including replacement of all necessary parts as required for repair of self of capacity 30 to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of radiator assy by means of dismantalling from engine completely, flushing out complete old coolant/water ,cleaning by chemical wash , soldering /brazing complete and reassembling the same to the engine for smooth and efficient functioning complete all as directed.
