PWD Road ( SH-1) to Kumari from Ch 0/00 to 1/00 Km for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier etc. complete.

Providing, laying, spreading 75mm thick compactd layer of water bound macadam using IRC Gr-III (53mm to 22.4mm )stone agreegate including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying tack coat over bituminious surface with all cost & conveyence of bitumen using 2.50kg per 10sqm etc. complete.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
