Demoloition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even aned fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, 38 mm wide complete all as Specified and directed.

Demolation of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, walls aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed 1: 6 base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 laid and joinedt with grey cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement including dismantling floor ,hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceble tile to rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non - skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling floor ,hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceble tile to rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (600mm x 300mm x7mm) thick, as in vertical surface such as in skriting and dado etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceble tile to rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4, including dismantling floor ,hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceble tile to rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed.
