M&L for taking out existing OCB's from Sub Station 'DIT' of capacity 11 KV and kept beside to E/M yard using suitable T&P and vehicle without damaging the OCB's including removing HT cable connection, earthing strips etc including making good the disturb surface of the Sub Station complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, testing, installation and commissioning of 11 KV, totally enclosed incoming 800 Amp, 50 Hz, 21 KA/3 sec, drawout type powder coated factory fabricated insulated, both side extensible indoor compact vacuum circuit breaker panel, 3 phase switch gear cubical type of modular design with partition on frames between panel, floor mounting having the extendable bus bars from top of the switch gear only, totally metal enclosed, indoor switch gear with access to the switch gear and cable compartment from rear side and the cable entry from bottom complete with the arc proof cable compartment doors and as incomer, and 04 Nos Vacuum Circuit breaker as outgoing 400 Amp in one common bus bar having IP-65 degree of protection with following bill of material including insulating HT mat, battery backup confirming to IS:13118 of 1991 and IS: 3427 of 1997 complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and including following items :- Make : ABB/SEIMENS/SCHNEIDER/ITE Gurgaon.

(A) INCOMING : Vacuum circuit breaker consisting of VCB triple pole 800 Amps system breaking capacity 25/26.2 KA for three second, rupturing capacity 350 MVA, vertical isolation with horizontal draw out type 11 KV totally enclosed extensible pattern with automatic drop down and independent spring charging type motor operated closing mechanism including motor suitable for operation on 30 DC, 230 Volt, single phase, 50 cycle, AC shunt trip coil with auxillary switches, mechanical ON/OFF indicator with protective relays and conforming to IS : 13118 of 1991 and IS : 3427 of 1997 complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including following items -01 No :- (i) Current transformer (CTs) one (set of three) of ratio 400/200/5+5 Amps having 15 VA burden class 1.0 for metering and class SP 10 for protection with Air insulated CT's chamber. (ii) Three phase horizontral draw out 11 KV/110 Volts dry type potentiial transformer (PT) mounting in drawable housing connected to bus bar of class 'B' accuracy one burden 200 VA class 1 per phase complete with current limiting resistor and HT and LT HRC fuse or slide lock fuse-01 Set.

(viii) A battery bank/power backup of 30 V, 40 ADC output and 230 Volts, 50 Hz input for charging including maintenance free battery 2 V each having 15 Nos complete in MS box sheet box (1.6 mm thick with Voltmeter, Ampere meter and variable rotary transformer automatic battery charging system for incoming and outgoing each channel. (ix) Spring assisted snap action Motorized mechanism. (x) Three Nos LED type indication lamps for phase indication RYB -01 Set. (xi) Acr proof cable compartment to receive the XLPE

(B) OUT GOING : Vacuum circuit breaker consisting of VCB triple pole 400 Amps system breaking capacity 25/26.2 KA for 3 second, repturing capacity 250 MVA, vertical isolation and horizontal draw cut type 11 KV totally enclosed extensible pattern with automatic drop down and independent spring charging type motor operated closing mechanism including motor suitable for operation on 230 Volt single phase 50 cycle, AC supply system and manually operating system with 30 Volt DC shunt trip coil with anxilary switches, mechanical ON/OFF indicator with protective relays and conforming to IS : 13118 of 1991 and IS : 3427 of 1997 complete, all as specified with and including following items -04 Nos:- (a) Current transformer (CTs) one set of three of ratio 100/50/5+5 Amps having 15 VA burden class 1.0 for metering and class SP 10 for protection with Air insulated CT's chamber.

(b) High Forque, low burden (not less than 3 VA) and low over shoot triple numerical relay process type IDMT non directional instantneous relay electronic type suitable for 5 Amps current rating and having three over current and one each fault elements with over current ranges of 50 to 200% in steps of 10% and earth fault range of 5 to 80% in steps of 5% with time multiplier setting 0.1 to 1.0 in steps of 0.01 (separate for over credit & earth fault) and time setting of 3 second corresponding to 10 times of current setting and accuracy class of +5% conforming to IS : 3231 of 1965 suitable for auxiliary supply of 30 Volt AC and housed on horizontal draw out type flush pattern case self powered with protection accessories duly connected with trip and alarm system -01 Set Make L&T/ABB/Schneider/ITE Gurgaon.

M&L for fabrication of protection gate for cattles of transformer/VCB/Stablizer rooms of Sub station etc as required cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including of one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 3m height above ground level and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and plug 30 cm above ground level including earthwork in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil and PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire mesh etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engineer-in-Charge Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 30 cms above ground level. (ii) GI strip connecting upto HT panel is included in this item. (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in PCC type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
