Annunal Comrehensive mainteance & Brake Maintenance material & Servicing of Diesel Generator set with AMF panel including Yearly B & C Check KIT ,materials Supply & Replacement(Make-Kirloskar)) Fuel filter primary ,Fuel filter Secondary,Lub Oil filter. Charges for yearly maintenance of 320 KVA fully auto control sound proof and pollution free diesel generator set along with AMF panel at R.G.Kar MCH mechanical Engineer visit every month checking and testing of generator and electrical/electronic engineer 6 nos. visit in every year (for one year) Engine Make-Grives, Altaernator-Ashoke Layland 1 set x 12 months

Service covered by the contract charges is as follows:

1.Service engineers will visit the site once in every months during the period of this contract. 2. During the service visits the equipment along with AMF Panel will be checked, cleaned and adjusted as required 3. During the service visits the preventive maintenance schedule will be carried out. This schedule has been specially designed and programmed to keep the system in order and minimize breakdowns Maximum economy and efficiency is the aim. 4. During the contract period in the event of any breakdown/ malfunctioning of the equipment arising out of job carried out at free of cost.

5. Response time: Within 24 Hours after call logging Resolution time: Within 48 hours in case of minor fault and 72 hours or more in case of major (subject to availability of spares)

Annexure - B :-(Detail description of jobs carried out at AMC visit)

Lube Oil system-1)Check for Lub oil level, if required top-up to be done with extra consumable cost involved. 2)Check for leakages if any on the filters, if required replace to be done with extra consumable cost involved 3) Check for the tightness of the filters 4)Replace filters as per OEM maintenance schedule

Fuel system 1)Check for the tightness of the filters 2)Check Primary filter drain cock condition. 3) Visual inspection of the system pipe work and flexible fuel hoses. 4)Check for any apparent leakages on fuel system lines, rectify if required. 5)Replace filters as per maintenance schedule

Coolant System 1) Inspect for leakages on the Engine coolant system if any 2) Inspect for leakages on the Charge air coolant system if any 3) Check for the Coolant level on the radiator I Expansion tanks for Engine Jacket water Charge Air 4) Check concentration of coolant 5) Check condition of rubber hoses and flexible coolant lines for any damage 6) Visual inspection of any leakages on the radiator/ Heat exchanger 7) Visual inspection of the V- belts on the radiator for any apparent damaqes

Exhaust System 1)Visual inspection of exhaust manifolds 2) Check for leakages if any on exhaust manifolds 3) Visual inspection of compensator bellows for any leakages of exhaust system or damage 4) Visual inspection of exhaust lines near silencer etc. for any apparent leakages 5) Visual Check for exhaust smoke.

Air Intake to the Engine 1) Visual Inspection of Air filters and condition of Air Restriction Indicator, if required replace air filter element. 2) Visual Check for contamination on Air intake manifolds 3) Visual inspection for flexible bellows on air intake system for any apparent damages. 4) Check for any abnormal noises on turbochargers during running 5) Visual inspection of rubber bellows on exhaust system near//4.~e1t~ turbochargers lJ.i 6) Check and clean Crank case breather filter if required

Starting System 1) Check for tightness/ cond ition of the connections for controls System on the starter and starting solenoid 2) Check for connections on the engine mounted Battery 6A charging alternator 3) Visual inspection of the battery charging alternator Check tightness of the V-belt on the alternator 4) Check the condition of the batteries .

Engine Control System 1)Check for tightness of connections on all the engine mounted System 2) Examine engine wiring for any apparent damages Check for any apparent leakages on the sensors 3) Check for the tightness of the connections on the Engine controller/ A DEC Check the control supply voltage for its orrectness Check the instrumentation / gauges on the control panel for their correct operation

Engine Starting 1)Start Engine and check engine operation 2) Check for any abnormal noise during running Check Engine speed 3) Check and record pressures 4) Check and record temperatures

Alternator 1) General Inspection of the Alternator 2) Output Voltage of Alternator check through Controller, 3) Calibrate if required .

Terms and conditions of the Contract: Comprehensive maintenance service contract must ensure smooth running of the DG Set alongwith AMF Panel.This maintenance contract will cover repairs and or/replacement the spare with Battery,PCB and other all type material of DG Set and AMF . Following guidelines must be maintained in the contract period charging Alternator Belt,Antifreeze Coolant lnhibitor,Fan Belt set ,Coolant Hose with Clamp set Kit,Distil Watter,PCB of Diesel Generator,Battery,AMF panel materials ,Self starter ,Alternator Bush Bearing , Rectifier unit etc and all replaceable items/ materials as required for Repairing & Servicing of Disel Generator at least once in a year

1)Service Engineer will visit D.G. SET at site – for checking Engine, Battery,Control Panel & Main Alternator 12 ( Twelve ) times in a year commencing from the date of Service Contract. Also attend site during any emergency breakdown of DG or AMF Panel within 30 to 45 minutes.The visit of the Service Engineer will be at an interval of 30 days with a permissible variance of +/-7 days from the date of previous visit and check D.G. SET .

2)Yearly two time consumable items required for DG maintenance as recommended by Manufacturer such as filter, coolant (top up), Lub oil as mentioned are under scope of this contract.Maintenance supervision, correction and tappet setting is in the scope of the contract.

3)Your service Engineer will check up the DG Set including earthing, carry out necessary adjustment and rectification of problems to ensure the smooth performance with the engine manufacturers Standard guideline and practices.

4)The agency will have to attend to any emergency break down as & when required and restore the same with the help of his skill manpower tools and trackls etc at the earliest. 5)Your service Engineer will also guide ,train up and give necessary advice to our operators for the proper maintenance of DG set and satisfactory performance. 6)During Each Visit ,your service engineer will submit us the service report stating the work done.

7)The agency must have office and telephonic contact point(Both land and mobile) based at Kolkata. 8)You should maintain One log book for registering complaints and attend only call Logbook shall be made available to inspecting officer as and when asked for. 9)Failing to comply any of the above mentioned items will result to deduction of cost from the raised bill as will be determined by the accepting authority. 10)Payment will be made as per PWD Ruleas againgst bill duly supported by log book. 11)The contact may be terminated with one months notice from either end.

12)Collection ,transportation of oil mand consumables,disposal of waste oil/filter etc ,will be arranged by Agency. 13)Due care is to taken by the agency while carrying out preventive maintenance work. Agency will be responible for any damaged done to the equipment due to unskilful handling or un satisfactiry maintenance work of the agency .In such case ,agency will be liable to bear cost of such repair or pay the cost of such repair. 14)Agency has to highlight the internal defects of equipments due to normal ewar and tear of equipment as may be noticed while carrying out preventive maintenance. Not covered by this AMC or Beyond the Scope :- Engine Cylinder, Radiator replacement, alternator Stator and rotor unit.or any inbuild or moulded item's. (ii) Oil Tank, Oil pipe Exhaust pipe etc.

(Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties, GST and considering the value of less cost materials.)
