M&L for Vitrified tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Renewing white or coloured glazed tiles in patches, area n exc 5 Sqm. including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring finishing even & fair, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for mirror polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of kota stone slab shall not be less than 550mmx550mm cut size except the location where balanced.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick parapet walls, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove for inserting APP membrane and sealed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dubbing out with CM1:4 average 10mm thick on irregular face of walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections including facia, cornices, etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechnical vaccum mechanism ) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface including sanding of the putty surface after drying to achieve even and smooth finish for painintg complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on newly prepared surface of brick (plastered or un-plastered) or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Exterior Primer & Acrylic emulsion paint to be applied on wall surfaces with airless spray machine (Mechanical means) as approved. Apply 2nd coat after 1st coat is dry approximately 6-8 hrs between two coats.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered suface of walls & applying One coat of Cement Base paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered suface of walls & applying Two coat of Cement Base paint after removal of existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered surface of walls & applying Two coat of Oil Bound Distemper using roller after removal of existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preperation of old decorated plastered surface of walls & applying One coat of Oil Bound Distemper using roller after removal of existing treatment complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying Two coats of White Wash complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for preparation of old treated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) n exc 30cm high complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees//Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions of rains water/CI soil /waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surface using (1:2:4) type B-O or cement mortar (1:2)including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surface to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15 .00 M from the ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note : One building shall be measured as unit job.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/iron/CI pipes of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Gereral Note:- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fitting damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n exc 1.00 Km all as directe. (iii) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carring out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All window, joineries, mirrors, fittings, doors etc, shall be covered before painting the surface and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floor as directed (vi) Work to be carried out upto 15.00m height with necessary MS scaffolding including all other safety precautions and quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same.
