Dismantling of old broken runway sign board incuding frames/legs embedded in cement concrete and removing the same away fromaircraft maneuvering area not exceeding 3.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old broken runway sign board carefully from frames/legs including taking out screws etc leaving the existing frame in position for refixing new sign board and removing the same away from aircarft maneuvering area not exceeding 3.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4mm thick plain, unbreakable aluminium galvanised ACP sheet for runway sign board having high optical clarity, 100% UV protected face plate, having high impact strength UV resistance must meet 1000 hrs UV weathering test as per ASTM G53. The sheet to withstand high velocity winds, resist temperature varying from extreme cold enviroment to sweltering hot conditions having temperature resistant upto 50 degree celcius to be fixed using cadmium plated screws on fibre frame jointed with aluminium cleat with high grade adhesive/staples on corners including superior quality radium coloured film high grade not affected from water & heat as a text matter (text matter shall be electronically cut) smoothly pasted on acrylic sheet with high grade adhesive including fixing 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe in the post hole with concrete and fixing sign boards in the pipe all as specified and directed. Note:- PVC pipe & concrete will be measured and paid sepratly under item No 5 & 6 respectively.

Supply 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete of post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F frame work for sign boards using PVC fibre reinforced pipe of size 40x40x3mm jointing aluminium flat cleat of size 20x5mm lengh 12.5cm x 12.5cm=4 Nos/Board to reinforce the frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium angle 25x25x1.5mm for bedding the frame at outer side complete including necessary screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any discription exceeding 15cm thick as in floor/paving and removing the same upto 5.00km or out side MD land complete all as specified and directed

Use & waste of form work to side of concrete fair finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural strength 40kg per sqcm in field using 400kgs of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete floors/hard standing by brooming

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and foundation of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 30mm deep and filled with sealing compoud Grade 'B'.

M&L for forming constraction (dummy) joint 65mm deep and 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'B'.
