Charges for attending daily inspection of the Trash Screen-A&B of Units-IV&V and its chutes at JT-11 and attending maintenance works like dismantling the worn out meshes, cross and longitudinal rods, fabrication the tie plates, cleat angles, fitting and assembling the new meshes, cross and longitudinal rods, cutting out the worn out deflector plates, liner plates in the chute, providing new ones, removing worn out skirt rubbers and flab rubbers and renewing with new one, patch up works in the structure and chutes, daily checking the tightness of bolts and tightening the loose bolts if any, keeping the screen floor neat and tidy, transporting the new screen meshes, cross and longitudinal rods, tie plates and cleats from Central store to the screen floors, transporting all T&Ps welding machine, cutting set etc., to screen floor as and when required including the cost of all consumables like cutting gas, welding rod, cotton waste , banian waste, emery sheet, hire charges for welding machine cutting set, bolt & nut and other T&Ps including all leads and lifts etc., complete.
