Schedule 'A' Section - I

Comprehenshive maintenance and cleaning of sewage system including sewage lines, manholes, soakage wells/soak-pits, gully traps, septic tanks attending bloakages in WCs/ WHBs/Drains etc by employing necessary resources including T&P at Solan Mil station complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The location/ building/complex where work is to be carried out consist of the following:- (a) OTM and Md Accn of GE Solan complex. (b) OTM and MD Accn Present unit at Solan (c) Officers Quarters and Officers Messes at Solan. NOTES:- (i) The Contractor will employe a Supervisor. The Supervisor so employed shall report to the concerned JE daily to give feed back and also to receive day to day sewage Complaints and necessary instructions for smooth running of the contract. (ii) He will carry out normal maintenance to sewage system as required at site. (iii) For any default/delay in attending the complaints recovery shall be effected as per contract conditions provided here-in-after. (iv) T & P as requiered for the work shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the deptt. (v) Supervisor engaged by the contractor shall take all necessary preventative safety measures and adequate precautions to avoid any health hazard and department shall not be held responsible for any unwanted incidence.

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of septic tank and soakage well any size and cleaning by taking out mud/sludge from septic tanks and soakage wellof any depth, in foul conditions and confined places, getting out and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc 500 m and deposited where directed in and including borrow pits and covering the borrow pits with 10 cms thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 3 : Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of dewatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No.05 above but " except bricks" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- ( WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only )

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up to 150mm dia drain pipes below ground level (salt glazed stoneware, AC or reinforced concrete and PVC) set in cement mortar incl PCC at any depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors and tested including fittings of same grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipe laid in trenches and jointed all as specified (internal dia of pipe 150mm bore pipe) complete all as specified

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipes (150mm bore pipe) after the pipe are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm grades stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, fixing of hold fasts and other similar works and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl use and waste of necessary form work complete all as spd.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in hard/dense soil

Removing exacavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Material and labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or ¾ section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe 150mm all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement Concrete ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) on ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs of manholes, gully traps etc set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC drain or vent pipe of any description in any position including bends branch pieces etc.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including clamps as required complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including clamps as required complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvant cement incl necessary PCC & form work as required complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) bends with oval accesse door with rubber ring joints fixed as required complete all as specified.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T), equal or un equal with oval accesse door including jointing with solvant cement as required complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling marble etc including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises tiles complete all as specified

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick ( below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), 50 mm thick complete all as specified

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx 30cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with gey cement and pigment over 25 mm thick sand cushion, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M& L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in drain both side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

Material and labour for 70mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick sand filling (cushion) under sub base of floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified

S & F viterious china squatting span ORISSA Pattern size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) but with and incl connection to trap, and to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete incl provn of lime concrete and making good to floor, in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 6465.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
