M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/loose Soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection or similer places, laid in alternate ways and filling the joints with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M&L 20 mm thick Sand screed bed underfloors finish or in cussioning to paver block etc including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm aggregate) masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and grouting and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointing as in floors aprons etc and relaying the same tiles/ paver blocks after casting of new PCC over a 20 mm screed bed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC and screed bed measured and paid separately in respective items.

M & L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block fixing with grey cement and pigments of "I" shape or as approved by GE or any colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade, laid over 30mm (avg) thick dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand & compaction using surface vibrator after filling of joints lain in any pattern as decided by Engg-in-charge including packing of sides by cement concrete finishing surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately. Make:- NITCO Mumbai, Redsun Tiles & Pavers Panchkula.

S & F Joist, channel, angle or tee , square or rectangular, tubler sections, fixed indipendently or as purlin , rafter, or post including cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts , providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, complete all as specified and directed.(Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality A). Note:- Fabrication like cutting, welding, bending or any other nature of work shall be at site or shop including in above rate.

S&F rolled section as in main and cross beams, hip, jack, rafters purlin including bend the rectangular/ square tubes at site or shop for required shape like semi circular or circular shape for roof, connecting to base plate by welding at site or nut and bolt to post and rafters, purlins should be weld at site for required distance, where connected to common rafters and running railsand guides sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc confirming to Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A". complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Fabrication of roof truss, purlin post, rafter etc cutting, welding, bending or any other nature of work shall be at site or shop including in above rate.

S&F Plates ( Plain or chequered ) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk ) forming holes, without any attachments or with rivited, bolted, or welded attachments etc confirming to rolled mild steel Fe - 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality "A". complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cutting to require size and welding or boulting to beam, post, rafter shall be at site, rate included in this item.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume( hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon, AZ 150 gm/sqm both side) , Zincalume (steel) based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick ,of an approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, and finished with resin coat on both surfaces as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,including flashings , ridges, valley etc fixed with hot dip galvanised, self drilling & self tapping screws and EDPM washers as in roof covering including bending of sheet to semicircular/ circular complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm ball valve all as specified and directed.
