Supply of 600 mm dia. MS pipe having length of 8 Mtrs. made out of 8 mm thick M.S. Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual weight will be paid)

Supply of 02 Nos. 825 mm dia.(OD) & 600 mm dia.(ID) Flat Face/SW Flange made out of 25 mm thick MS Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual weight will be paid)

Supply of 02 Nos. 600 mm dia. 90° MS pipe long radius bend/elbow made out of 8 mm thick M.S. Sheet. (DJB AR) (Actual weight will be paid)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like. (DJB SOR’22 26.1.27) (Actual will be paid)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete. (DJB SOR’22 26.1.5) (Actual will be paid)

Excavating the site using JCB & breaking the wall between the park & the drain to create the site conditions for laying MS scour line & to lay its outlet in the drain. After that laying the MS scour line by welding works of MS pipe pieces & welding between flanges & pipe pieces & pipe pieces & bends with the help of Hydra Crane. After that fitting the outlet of the pipe towards the drain through the hole of the wall & restore the wall around it. After that fitting the 600 mm dia. sluice valve between flanges joints of the pipe pieces according to site requirement. Next at the determined shutdown period interconnection will be done between the 1200 mm dia. line & 600 mm dia. scour line along with 600 mm dia. scour valve arrangements by cutting window in both the lines for dewatering purposes with the help of Hydra Crane & JCB. During interconnection 600 mm dia. hole will be cut in the 1200 mm dia. line to create outlet of 1200 mm dia. line with 600 mm dia. scour line. After total fitting scour line will be checked by opening & closing the scour valve to check water is passing through the scour line to the drain or not & any leakages in the newly laid line. Throughout the work dewatering will be done as & when required at site. (Justified Rate)

Making of Chamber: - Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: DSR’21 6.1 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). (DSR’21 6.1.2)

Making of Chamber: - 12 mm cement plaster of mix: DSR'21 13.1 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) (DSR'21 13.1.12)

Making of Chamber: - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DJB SOR’22 26.1.20)

Making of Chamber: - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) (DSR’21 4.1.3)

Making of Chamber: - Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work to prepare of the chamber. (DJB AR)

Making of Chamber: - Providing & Fixing of Steel Fibre Reinforced Round Shaped Concrete SFRC Manhole Cover.
