DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SUCH AS SWITCH BOARD, SWITCHES, MCB, MCB DBS, LED TUBE LIGHT FITTINGS, POST TOP LANTERN FITTINGS, STREET LIGHTS, TUBE LIGHTS, SECURITY LIGHTS, GATE LIGHTS, FRP JUNCTION BOXES, ELECTRIC GEYSERS, AIR CIRCULATORS, CEILI

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light ,fan ,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets ,light fittings etc. Removing the material from work site and making good the disturbed portion/ surface of wall/ floor/ ceiling etc to match with the existing surface / location.all as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable, ISI marked 1100 volts grade draw through and including rigid non metallic PVC casing and caping ( of suitable size) and all necessary fittings accessories fixed on walls/ceilng etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable (green colour) 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor earth continuity conductor to commom earth and connected to earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly terminated in and including sunk pressed steel terminal box for modular plate and including modular plate complete including cutting chases, refilling and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed, for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.

All as per item no. 2 here in befor but for One three pin switch socket outlet 5 amps on same board.

All as per item no. 2 here in before but 2.5 sqmm for One three pin switch socket outlet 5 amps on independent board.

All as per item no. 2 but for two way light point wiring controlled with two 2 way 5 amps switches

M&L for point wiring using proper colour coding complete all as specified with 1100 Volts grade, 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, wire confirming to IS-694,PartII, ISI marked with Multistranded copper conductor in and including PVC casing caping (suitable size ) ISI marked ,with all accessaries on wall/ceiling/floor/ roof etc, sunk pressed steel terminal box not less than 2 mm thick, 50 mm deep, covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated, ISI marked, sheet top cover fastened with chromium plated brass screw including 2.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLSH, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor 1100 Volts grade, green colour, continuous earth wire connected to common earth doly for 15 Amps, 3 Pin, socket outlet independent all as specified and directed.

S & F modular switch, single pole, ISI marked, one way 6 Amps 1 module 250 volts , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular switch 15 amps, ISI marked, flush type, multipurpose 1way, 1module , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F modular socket 5 Amps 2 module,2/3 pin ISI marked, 240 Volts, all as specified and directed.

S & F modular socket 6/16 Amps and 2/3 pin, 2 modules ,ISI marked 240 Volt , complete all as specified and directed.
