M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed upto 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforecement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guiniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of gaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out upto 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforecement all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. Complete removal exising teratment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old plstered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge .

M&L for Preparation of old/new painted surfaces of wood based surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. S&F precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 50mm thick set in CM (1:4) (measured solid), including all mouldings precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally incl demolation existing jalli and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L preparing old surface including washing, rubbing, filling holes,and uneven surface finishing old surfaces even and smooth with ,JK/Birla Wall care putty/POP, and surface shoulld be even and smooth applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall surfaces with roller brush of complete all as specified.

Complete removal exising treatment of old/ new surfaces of wall scrubbing by machenical scrapper (machine) with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying Two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer white lime wash even and smooth with roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and not exceeding 4 Sqm each sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made of 2nd class hard wood (sal), wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, supplied and fixed,making good , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness size quality or description frame wooden frames /Aluminium frame fixed with wooden beads/aluminium beads and M&L 5.5 mm thick sheet galss ordinary quality and glazing with wooden bead/aluminium beads, complete all as specified.

S & Fin repair 1000 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank all as specified in SSR Part I.

S & F in repair 500 ltr capacity three layer white colour rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling old water tank all as specified in SSR Part II.

Taking down chowkhat or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame).

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for item No 1, 2, 3, 33 56 and 63: (a) The work shall be executed through authorised applicator of manufacturer only. (b) Authrised Applicator shall be approved by GE before starting of work. (c) All materials shall be procured directly form manufacturer. The purchase voucher shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge for his verification of material. Engineer-in-Charge shall deface the original purchase vouchers. (d) MOU with authorized applicator will be submitted successful L1 bidder after opening of Financial Bid within a fixed time frame of 7 days otherwise tender will be cancelled. (d) A guarantee amount of 5% of contract of work done for item No 1, 2, 3, 33 56 and 63 of BOQ will be retained for 5 years of the completion of work.

Disconnecting existing tanks of cap 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lower ing if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required re- connecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc Complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks strainght or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1 : 4 complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete.

M & L for Non skid 600x600x8 to 9mm thick coloured ceramic tiles as in floor over hacking surface of existing floor on 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including pointing in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including cutting of existing door shutter at required height. complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge, and approved by GE.

All as per item No 68 above but 8 to 9mm thick on rendering surface in CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting including taking down of existing skirting on walls complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (300x300x)7 to 8mm thick in floors, etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge, approved by GE.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles (300x600mm)x7mm thick on vertical surfaces on skirting dados and risers to steps etc including rendering 10mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:4 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair stainless steel drapery Rod 25mm dia make and model of vista, including wooden side caps, brackets, and rings @ 120mm c to c, complete all asspecified and directed.
