Approach Road:- Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table Morth Specifation 305 S.No 3.16

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clauseMorth Specifation 401 S.No 4.1

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 2 as per MORTH Specification.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density for Grading 3 as per MORTH Specification.

Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means. (MoRT&H Standard Data Book Item No. 5.1)

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (MoRT&H Standard Data Book Item No. 5.2)

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as composed of specified size of stone aggregate premix with a bituminous to serve as wearing coarse on previously prepared base including mixing laying As per MORTH specification no 511

Providing and applying of premix Type B seal coat with HMP / Mixall using crushed stone chipping 2.36size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade .As per MORTH specification no 513
