Providing and fixing of precast compound wall and entrance gate to the southern side of PRTC bus depot at beach road in Karaikal

Providing and erecting precast RCC compound wall of 5Cm thick cast in with RCC 1:2:4(1 cement :2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate of 10mm and down size) with required reinforcement with TMT bars. The vertical precast RCC1:2:4 post of size 0.12X0.12X2.1m reinforced with 4 nos of 8mm dia TMT bars longitudinal and ties with 6mmTMT bars @15cm c/c at the interval of 1.85m with a foundation concrete of 1:3:6 mix of size 0.3X0.3X0.3m over a levelling coarse of concrete PCC 1:5:10, 10cm thick. The precast panel wall of size 1.90X0.30X0.05m made up of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @12.5cm c/c for main rods and 6mm dia TMT bars @15cm c/c for distributors is to be provided for a required height. The joints between RCC post and panel wall is to be pointed with cement mortar 1:3. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m -all kinds of Soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8(1 cement:4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel work welded in built up section framed work including cutting hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In grating, frames, guard bar, ladder,railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade - New work (two or more coats) with a base coat of whiting

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Hire charges for engaging front end loader machine towards clearing of jungles and levelling the ground to the southern side of PRTC Depot at beach road in Karaikal. The rate shall include the cost of hire charges for machinery, fuel charges, conveyance and labour charges etc., completely as directed by the Engineerin charge.
