Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork (old size) with sub class‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone or concrete surfaces of wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finishing even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer after preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) used in surface channel & drain omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) used as in benching and coping including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing, etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing of size 65x65x6mm including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11 to 15mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and onehexagonal or square nut, but length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and making good surface as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described for and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, manholes, etc. set in cement mortar (1:6) including taking out old broken cover slab complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of formork is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends binding with and including mild steel wire not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, quality, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 20 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia used in stirrups, spacers and binders.

Dismantaling old chain link fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire of 3mm dia, of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including strengthening with 2mm dia 6 nos wire and nuts, bolts and washers as required complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The work shall be carried out as per IS 4996.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for endura rustic tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10mm thick as in floor, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors with white cement and pigment to match as in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor/ paving/ path finished the surface concrete pavement brooming by wire brush complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of dia 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) concrete bed to drain pipes of size 300mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including laying of crossed spiral concertina coil 600mm dia made up of 2.50mm HTGS spring core wire having tensile strength of 1670N/sqmm and punched tape of 0.50mm thick and 13mm wide after crimming. Punched tape shall be of hot dipped galvanised min 20 micron and having medium barbs of 24mm width @ 35mm centre to centre. Each concertina coil shall be of minimum 50 turns and 5 clips in two turns i.e. 125 clips per coil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Weight of coil shall be 7 kg to be streched upto 3.25 RM i.e. 2.15 Kg/Rm.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all specified and as directed. NOTE : Each line wire to be measured.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:6) used in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate), Nominal mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) Nominal mix as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste from work to side of concrete foundation, footings,bases of columns,raft and raft beams, sides of soffits of foundation and similar work, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste from work to sides and soffits of floors or roof beams, beam haunching's, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. to flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste from work to sides of pillars, posts struts, pipes,columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
