Dehydration and filtration of the existing transformer/servo voltage stabilizer oil by Dehydration plant to achieve di-electric strength of 60 KV at the gap of 4 mm complete all as specified and directed . Notes:- Dehydration plant shall be brought at site by the contractor and shall also include the following provisions a) Testing of transformer /servo voltage stabilizer oil before & after dehydration shall be carried out as directed. b) The Unit of payment under this item shall be per liter of oil meant for all processes to the entire completion of jobs. (c) Contractor will maintain a register of dehydration and filtration of each and every equipment as per format given by Engr-in-charge and submit the same to Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling mineral grade transformer oil EHV type conforming to IS-335 of 1983 for topping up or replacement in different existing transformers outdoor/indoors type of any capacity located and installed at different places and different height complete all as specified and directed . Note: - The entire quantity of transformer oil shall be procured in one go. The complete material shall be brought at site and then as per requirement oil should be shifted to site. Cost of this aspect deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for disconnecting power supply from HT VCB of capacity up to 630 Amps, taking out trolley unit & complete servicing of the same through decarbonising servicing & cleaning of the male/female isolating contacts, lubricating moving part, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, spout gear mechanism and moving parts, repair to motor charge spring mechanism, including cleaning of Vacuum Interrupter and all HT bushings , Cleaning of Flashes if any and refixing of cable by fixing the nut bolt, Washer to HT side tightly and refixing the trolley at its original position and testing and putting on load complete all as specified and directed by tightening all nuts and bolts of entire trolley, checking proper operation of trolley all as directed, inserting trolley inside, and testing and putting on load complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fibre sheet transparent type including all gaskets to prevent oil leakage from conservator of transformer of any size as required. Complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement gasket set in between transformer body and top cover including all gaskets to prevent oil leakage after draining out Transformer oil in empty barrel to be provided by the contractor and filling the same oil after replacing gasket as required

M&L for hiring of Fault locating Machine mounted on Vehicle along with auxiliary power supply required for Installing of equipment connected to FLC Machine along with necessary manpower and T&P for finding out fault in cable HT (11 KV) / LT (1000 Volts) by using Ultra sound technique. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- 1. Contractor shall bear all the cost incurred in arranging FLC machines along with permission of digging in case of land belonging to other than MES/Defence. 2. Penalty for non arranging the FLC machine shall be Rs.500 per hour after three hours from getting the information either from GE, Engr-in-Charge or concerned JE verbally or telephonically.

Outsourcing of manning & services of HT installation at Raksha Bhavan including Comprehensive maintenance maintenance of HT installation for three shift by employing one electrician highly skilled for each shift of 8 hours duration for 24 hours a day by employing the man power as under including Sunday / holiday for the following all as directed . (i) First shift - from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second shift - from 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Maintenance of oil level in conservator of transformer and to report the same in case of level of oil going down below low level. (iv) Maintenance of whole installation and surrounding area cleanliness. (v) Penal recovery for absent of electrician shall be Rs. 1000 per shift irrespective of duration of absence and no payment shall be made to contractor on contract rate for such shift(s). (vi) Cleaning of installation including operation of suction sweeper during operation / non operation periods including removing of floating dust, cleaning of walls of installation , to maintain hygienically using suitable machineries in working condition including greasing, oiling complete all as directed.
