REPAIRS REPLACEMENT, CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES, WC AND BATHROOM AND DRAINAGE INCLUDING DRAIN COVER AND CLEANING OF SEPTIC TANK MANHOLES SEWAGE LINE AND CERTAIN REPAIRS TO PLUMBING, CLEANING OF SINTEX TANK OHT UG SUMP, AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS

M & L for cleaning of manholes not exceeding 2.00 Sqm & upto 0.5m depth including pumping out liquid sludge/ waste materials, removing all solid materials such as stones, bricks, pipes, plastic articles etc. from the manholes/ chambers, plugging or diverting of flow if required including taking all precautionary and safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch for lighting inside manholes, spreading bleaching powder on the silt removed to avoid bad smell complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc. 0.50 metre but n. exc.1metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc. 1metre but n. exc.1.5metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but depth exc. 1.5metre complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No 1 to 4 :- Solid contents/materials, silt etc obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land and contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for this provision.

Cleaning of the blockage of water closets, bath rooms, nahani traps, floor traps and gully traps of any type and size and up to any depth and removing all silts and solid materials to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Systematically cleaning of the sewage and waste water line pipes, 100mm / 75mm dia, fixed to walls vertically, by passing ropes, Knots, bamboo/wire/kandi rotary cleaner etc., at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of size exc pipe 100mm dia and n exc pipe dia 300 mm of any shape upto any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to out side of defence land and it should be disposed off at such place which is not detrimental to public health all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall be provided all tools and plants including bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope etc for the operators. (ii) Contractor shall be provide 01 Nos safaiwalas every month and has to get it done sewage complaint which is received day to day by sub division. (iii) For item no 1 to 7 , Any complaint which is not completed within two days from the date of issue of complaint, compensation will be charged @ Rs 200/- per day in addition to above every additional day delayed will be charged @ Rs. 50/- per day. (iv) All above provisions included in quoted rate.

M & L for cleaning, dislodging and pumping out water/liquid/sludge or any other waste/ materials stagnated in septic tank/ soak wells including taking out sludge (both organic & inorganic matter) in any form and other foreign matter, sediment, sand, ash & grease, fibre, silt by means of sewage sucking machine and after plugging the incoming sewer line through combined high pressure water jetting/ suction vacuumed type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the sludge outside MOD land by any means and at place meant for purpose by local MNC or BMC, all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for LLDPE Septic tank (10 users) of minimum capacity 3cum with ISI marked, installed below the ground level and the same shall be placed over 150mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded coarse aggregate including necessary connection for inlet, outlet, vent pipe, rodding eye, backfilling as required as per manufacturer's instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Sintex Cat Part No: CCST-300-01 or equivalent Note : The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include for following: (i) Excavation in soft/loose soil, RFR, removal of excavated soil and depositing the same outside the MD land. (ii) Size of excavation pit shall be approximately 600mm from external wall of the tank for work space. Depth of the pit should be decided based on position of inlet and outlet with required gradient and disposal point plus 150mm extra for bedding as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . (iii) Contractor is responsible for lowering the tank properly and positioning it in the pit vertically, centrally positioned, correctly aligned and leveled using a spirit level. The outlet pipe should face the soak pit and inlet pipe swivels, ensuring a straight connection and tank shall be checked for any leakage after installation and any damage during installation shall be borne by contractor.

M & L for cleaning and desilting of drainage lines of depth n exc 2.0m depth by taking down covers, scrapping out all debris, dry sludge, organic/inorganic matters out of drain and disposing out of MD land , applying bleaching powder after cleaning @100gms per sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall be provided all tools and plants including bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope etc for the operators.
