Demolition of Cement Concrete n.exc. 15cm thick but above ground level (Any type of flooring)and and Removing Rubbish out of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling any type of Floor or Wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and Removing Rubbish out of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Coloured Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floor etc,set and jointed in neat cement sluryy and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4).

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured tiles 350x250x 7mm/450x350x7 mm thick as in Dado/Skirting/Steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick backing Coat in CM 1:3.

M&L for 40 mm Cement Concrete type B1 1:2:4 is used for flooring (20 mm graded aggregate) fininshing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling ,sunken repairing and mass concrete complete all as specified and direceted.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement on roof/floor. Note: WPC shall be measured and paied seperatly.

Taking down cement plaster on Brick / Concrete surfaces incl raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and Removing Rubbish of the MD Land all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in two coat ie. 10mm thick under coat in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick finishing coat in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC by weight ofcement as per manufacturers instructions. finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
