Labour for making Bore-Holes of 150mm to 250mm dia. by any standard method to any depth below ground level / bed level in all kinds of soil like clay, silt, sand, stiff clay, mixed soils etc. except rocks (for the purpose of collecting Disturbed & Un disturbed soil samples, conducting Standard Penetration Test at suitable intervals etc.) including preparation and submission of bore-log as per IRC : 75 and 78 and Clause 2400 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (5th Revision), Published by IRC, and also including hire charges of tools and plants complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge . b) When Drilling mud"Bentonite of suitable consistency" is used to prevent collapse of bore hole .
