Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including rough dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm. Size hard broken granite chips (Crusher broken) for R.C.C. works including hoisting, laying, all cost, conveyance, royality etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. Plinth Beam

Providing HYSD bars including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, conveyance and royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

RR Stone masonary with C.M (1:6) in foundation and plinth including cost ,conveyance, royalty & taxex of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly ash Brick masonary with C.M (1:6) in Superstructure including cost ,conveyance, royalty & taxex of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete including watering and curing for required period as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

12mm thick outside Plastering with cement mortar (1:6) including all cost and conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
