Supply and Installation of 75kg ABC Higher Capacity Trolley Mounted Dry Chemical Powder Type Fire Extinguisher (With Co2 & Powder) complete all as specified & directed, with providing the Testing Certificate

Material and labour for filtration of transformer oil of transformer including OLTC through high vacuum type filtration plant to extract moisture, carbon deposits, to achive and withstand 80 KV die electric strength for 1 min with an air gap of 2.5 mm including necessary testing before, after filtration, submission of test result, complete all as specified and as directed. for 5 MVA - 02 nos & 8 MVA - 01 no and 11/0.433 KV transformer of 250 KVA with providing the Testing Certificate. Note: (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engr in charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage of existing transformer oil. (c) The contractor solely responsible for any dammages to the transformer/HT OCB during the prosses of oil filtration. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer/HT OCB at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tank are full to its level before starting the dehydration. (e) Di-electric strength of oil after filtration/ dehydration shall not be less than 60 KV/min. (f) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration and test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil conforming to IS 335-1963 as amended duly filtered and tested to with stand die electric strength of 60 KV for one minute with air gap 2.5 mm of HT transformer, OCB's CT's MOCB's etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Electrol / Servo

M & L for taking out existing HT/ LT cables of any size and make from duct / trenches with removing stone patties/ cable covers by disconnecting from transformers/OCB's/LT switches and relaying if required /stacking properly all as directed by the Engr. Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying cables / poles foundation / stay assembly and getting out in hard / dense soil all as directed by Engs-in -charge.

Special earthing of 66/11 KV 5/8MVA transformer body earthing by cast iron pipe of length 3 meter with 4 inch dia, material and labor complete accessories buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.75metre below ground level and connected to GI earth strips 32x6 mm by means of welding. GI protection pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch/earth bus bar including Magnesium sulphate, salt and coal mixture in each layers with IS specification including necessary earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover 40mm thick with 6mm dia MS bars complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit, funnel and cover, GI strip complete all as specified.
