Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers

Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane

Grouting the joints of flooring/wall tiles Size upto 500x500 mm having joints of 3 mm width, using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener and 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling /grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding

Two coats distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including preparing the surface smooth by scrapping, sand papering including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions

Renewing of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket in existing aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions for stopping leackage of rain water including removing, cleaning and refixing of existing glass panes etc. complete

Filling the gap Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Second class teak wood panelled shutters for doors including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, including panelling all complete as per direction.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.

French spirit polishing with two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts 150x10 mm (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles 125 mm with screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing thermal insulation with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS: 8183. Density 16 kg/m3 , 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling/AC duckting and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet Gutter (600 mm over all girth) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete.

Providing and fixing Stone tile work 8mm thick (mirror polished and machine cut edge) for wall lining upto 10 m height with special adhesive over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade including dismantling tile work in wall laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.
