Demolition of plain cement concrete in any description and any position not otherwise provided for i.e. PCC padding including roof treatment with any type of membrane (APP /glass fibre /hassian base felt) , concrete tiles etc complete and taking down the debris from roof of height n.exc. 18.0m and removing debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in PCC padding / levelling coarse on roof slab, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, laid over RCC roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 10 mm thick rendering on cement concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound while the concrete is green , finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: WPC will be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for high performance hybrid polyurea elastomeric waterpoofing spray applied anti root SmartCare Hypertron Pure liquid membrane with an elongation of 300% and tensile strength of more than 22N/mm2 as per DIN 53504, shore A Hardness of min. 53 as per DIN 53505, crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying SmartCare Hypertron Pure or approved equivalent in two coats with a minimum nconsumption of 2Kg/Sqmt, etc complete as per Manufacturer specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1) The colour of each coat shall be as directed by GE. 2) The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator only 3) Water proofing to rain water spouts to be done as per manufacturer instruction

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by any means scrapping old surface washing the surface with Bleaching powder throughly,filling the cracks with cracks filling compound of DR Fixit crack free chemical or shrink free as per manufacturer instruction & applying two coat of weather proof acrylic based paint (100%) exterior grade with one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Old surface shall be cleaned with bleaching powder as specified including washing all as per maufacturer instructions. All Cracks etc shall be filled with white cement and Sand Mortar (1:3) by making V grooves of Appropiate size. b) Acrylic painting shall be done with Roller. c) Rate Quoted by contractor shall deemed to inclusive of Scaffolding upto 6 th floor & Safety Net Cloth at places.

Material and labour applying two coat of oil bound emulsion distemper on old decorated surfaces including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10cm width/girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Aluminium alloy wire cloth, 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples to wooden/aluminium frames complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down CI soil/waste/vent/rain water pipes including all fittings like shoes bends swan necks etc of any dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
