Supply and fix exhaust fan, PVC body AC single Phase, Copper winding 230V of size 300mm sweep with blades and frame and louvers including connecting with three core flexible copper wire from ceiling rose to connector of fan including opening/making hole in wall for exhaust fan and making good complete all as specified and directed. M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit 20mm dia or higher complete with all PVC conduit accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, bell mouth, reducer, bend and flexible conduit etc./ fittings ISI marked and sunk type pressed steel anodised terminal box 1.2 mm thick with bakelite laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick, brass screws and cup washers including 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated green in colour as continous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories for, complete all as specified and directed :-

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP 31 (Overall length 9.00 m) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers including painting two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally up to planting depth and remaining external portion with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer and writing pole Nos with white paint on black back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing connecting in replacement including taking down old unsv cable of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches exc 1.50m but n.exc 3.0m depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point as in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with dry fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down 18CM will be measured and paid complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks (designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of pole, protection of UG cable, concrete base, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping of pole, concrete base work, protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of GI tube light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings & taking down / taking out from trench complete all as directed for the following sizes :-

M&L for cleaning, scrapping, preparing of old painted steel tubular pole 9m long and applying one coat of aluminium red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint to pole and accessories / fittings whatever fixed on pole including marking/writing pole No on each pole with yellow SE paint with 5cm large bold letters on black background of suitable size at a height of 2m above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable worn out / weathered / damaged ACSR conductor, service feeder of any size and type from pole after disconnecting jumpers and insulator bindings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement for MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 63 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement for MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 125 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement for MCCB 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type 160 Amp with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 4 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground. Pipe electrodes shall be cut tapered at the bottom and provided with 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm Centre to centre upto 2 metre of length from bottom. The electrode shall be buried in the ground vertically with its top not less than 1.25 metre below ground level. Typical illustration of pipe earth electrode is given in Electrical Plate No. 4 with to Steel tubular pole every sixth of pole etc as directed including funnel, 20mm bore, light grade galvanized iron pipe, wire mesh charcoal of coal dust and common salt in alternative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15cm with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 50mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1with 8mm dia cover slab set in CM (1:4) re-enforcement with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 15cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia MS round bars, including earth work as required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement for earth continuity conductor or main earthing Lead fixed to wall on suitable procelain insulators of size 25 x 4 mm Aluminium Strip including, complete all as specified and as directed.
