Complete motor set dismantling. After repairing work, its complete assembling/ commissioning with testing and checking.
Old and damaged bearing opening by puller and gas heating/ cutting after opening of bearing, new bearing fitting/ setting
Fan Cover new making/ fabrication by M.S. sheet as per sample and size by cutting, bending, framing all joints full welding, hole centre making for fitting etc.
Rotor Shaft Bearing Housing repairing by electrode welding/ sleeve making as per Bearing size with Rotor alignment etc.
End Cover Housing repairing by C.I. electrode welding and machining as per Bearing size
Gas heating and cutting grinding etc work of both end connection point, strip bars for old damage bar dismantling.
After repairing and changing strips bars complete new breezing and copper bars shape making and fixing small slot grinding machine of breezing point.
Repairing and setting of terminal box and new making of its cover by iron sheet
