Design, supply, fabrication, inspection, shop assembly, painting, transportation, site storage & site erection, testing & commissioning (including provision for all labour, plant & material) of Electrically operated Rope Drum hoist along with manual operation of adequate capacity suitable for operation of under sluice service gate as specified in 2.01 above including hoist platform with complete accessories such as gearing system, brake, drum, wires, control panels, gate position indicators, safety ladders, hoist enclosures etc. complete in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, supply, fabrication, inspection, shop assembly, painting, transportation, site storage & site erection, testing and commissioning (including provision for all labour, plant & material) of 1 (One) Nos of slide type under sluice stoplogs comprising of 2 (Two) elements suitable for clear opening of 5000 mm (W) x 3500 mm (H) complete with all accessories like seals, sliding blocks, guide Rollers/Shoes, lifting lugs and 3 (Three) sets of 1st and 2nd stage embedded parts suitable for installation and storage of stoplogs, comprising of seal beam, seal seats, guides, tracks, dogging beam, etc. in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, manufacture, inspection, shop assembly, painting, transportation, site storage & site erection, testing and commissioning (including provision for all labour, plant & material) of Monorail Hoist of adequate capacity along with lifting beam suitable for operation and storage of under sluice stoplogs specified in 1.03 above with complete accessories along with monorail beam, trestles, pendant type remote control, gate position indicator etc complete in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Weir Intake

Design, supply, fabrication, inspection, shop assembly, painting, transportation, site storage & site erection, testing and commissioning (including provision for all labour, plant & material) complete in all respect as per approved drawing and specification of removable type Trash Rack for each bay with a clear opening of size 5000 mm (W) x 20500 mm (H), each bay comprising of 8 (Eight) panels including 1st and 2nd stage embedded parts complete in all respect in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Design, supply, fabrication, inspection, shop assembly, painting, transportation, site storage & site erection, testing & commissioning (including provision for all labour, plant & material) of hinged type Adit gates suitable for clear opening of size 2500 mm (W) x 2500 mm (H) complete with accessories like seals, hinge, Rollers, and 1st and 2nd stage embedded parts including seal beam, seal seats, guides, tracks, etc. in accordance with the specification and approved drawings to the satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Spares and Instrumentation

Remote Operation Supply and laying of Optical fibre cables of adequate capacity for transmitting control and Instrument signals from local control panels of all Hydro Mechanical equipment and sensors to remote control panel at the Tato-I Power house control room including all permanent support, trench and backfill, protection etc. complete with termination of cables and both end.

Supply. Installation, testing and commissioning of D.G. Set of adequate capacity with auto changeover panel and electrical wiring and switches for its connection with Main power supply panels for operation of hydromechanical equipment at the dam/intake location in case of failure of regular power supply.

Gasoline operated stand by portable power pack of adequate capacity for operation of Hydraulic hoist under item no 2.03

Penstock Steel Liner

Design, Fabrication, testing, painting transportation, site storage and erection of Penstock Steel Liners including bend, stiffeners but excluding trifurcations fabricated with ASTM 537, Class-II plates including sand / grit blasting, providing grout holes, stiffener ring and back strip for field welding also, supplying, fitting and fixing of plugs for grout holes of steel liners complete in all respect as per design, drawing and specification including all handling & transportation etc. complete.

Design, supply, fabrication, painting, transportation, site storage and erection of Penstock Steel Liners including bend, reducer, thrust collar, stiffeners, manholes but excluding trifurcations, fabricated with ASTM 517, Grade-F plates including sand / grit blasting, providing grout holes, stiffener ring and back strip for field welding also, supplying, fitting and fixing of plugs for grout holes of steel liners complete in all respect as per design, drawing and specification including all handling & transportation etc. complete.

Design, supply, fabrication, painting, transportation, handling, site storage, erection and commissioning (including provision for all labour, tools and tackles) of Trifurcation, fabricated from ASTM-517, Gr-F plates including supply, fabrication and fixing of flanges, seals, ladders to approach Manhole, nut & Bolts and others complete in all respect as per design, drawing and technical specification.

Radiographic testing for welded joint as per specification and as directed complete.

Ultrasonic testing for all field welded joints as per specification and as directed complete.

Magnetic Particle Test of all field Joints as per specification and as directed complete

Hydro Test of each penstock ferrules, bends, trifurcations and reducer after fabrication as per approved details. Supply, fabrication, transportation, handling, fixing, dismantling, sealing etc. of test jig, flanges, bulkhead, pipes, valves and other necessary arrangement required for satisfactory performance of the test as per design, drawing and specification shall be also be included.
