Structral investigation to assessment of concrete in reinforced Concrete Structural Elements of building no P-32 (G+1 Approx plinth area 2410.61 Sqm) will be carried out using Ultrasonic Pulse velocity test (UPV), Core drilling test, Carbonation test, Half-Cell potential test and Evaluation of Chlorides and pH through concere power samples as mentioned here in below :- (a) VISUAL INSPECTION:- Detailed Physical Inspection Of Structural Members for their condition as to the distress,deterioration, deformation, connections, alteration and various other damages and defects [ Item No.1.00 Contd.../-]

[ Item No.1.00 Contd.../-] (b) Conduct Non - Destructive test of concrete by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity instruction as per IS 516 (Part 5/ Section-1) : 2018 using 54kHz / 25kHz transducers. Submitting proper analytical report according to codal provision for 10 RCC structural elements. (c) Conducting Non - Destructive test by Half Cell Electrical Potential instrument, MECO make as per ASTM C876-91, to assess the durability of reinforced concrete members. Where reinforcement corrosion is suspected and investigating concrete contaminated by chemical attack. Submitting proper analytical and graphical report with contour showing areas prone to corrosion risk according to codal provision - 6 Nos (d) Processing the data measured from NDT test and submission of detailed reports on NDT including condition assessment.

[ Item No.1.00 Contd.../-] (e) Conducting Semi - Destructive test by taking out concrete core through HILTI type (Made in Liechtenstin) coring machine having facility to take core at any required angle. Concrete core extraction of diameter up to 3" including, cutting, finishing, capping and testing for compressive strenght as per IS : 516 & ASTM C 42 : C42M - 99, SP :24.- 6 Nos. (f) Conducting carbonation test on conrete samples and submission of reports - 6 Nos (g) Evaluation of Chloride content and pH content of concrete powder samples - 6 Nos.

[ Item No.1.00 Contd.../-] (e) Suggesting suitable rehabilitation methodology for the distressed RC structural elements. (f) Preparation and submission of Bills of Quantities for the rehabilitation of the distressed RC structural members. (g) Submission of drawings,Structural Audit reports and design reports. Note :- (i) All designs, reports and drawings shall be vetted by IIT/NITs. Rate quoted by the Contractor shall be inclusive of same and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained at the later stage. (ii) Rate quoted by the Contractor shall be inclusive of Mobilization and demobilization of tools /equipment and personal required to execute the job as per specification. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at the later stage.
