OPERATION and MAINTENANCE OF NETWORKS VC SECURITY and PHYSICAL PROTECTION SYSTEMS DOCUMENT DIGITIZATION AND R AND D WORKS AT PRP

Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective maintenance in 9u/32u/42u Network racks and Network Patch panels including inspection, trouble shooting, repair, crimping of keystone jacks, replacement of core components such as PDB, power supplies, cooling fans, door glass, trays, cable manager & all other accessories, cleaning, painting and restoration to full operational status of all racks.

Upkeep of Intranet Web Servers, ACS Servers, CTAMS System & Server and KMS/TLD Units & Server including backup/restore, update the firmware/software, configuring the server if required.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of C & I systems for various Test Loops in R & D Facility which includes routine Calibration & Testing of various field instruments like Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow and Temperature gauges, Switches & transmitters., development of various DAQ system/programs to acquire the test loop parameters in computer servers for detailed analysis.

Upkeep, cleaning of biometric readers, XBIS, DFMD, CCTV and other ACS systems. Carrying out periodic maintenance of Security system including RFID controllers, Android box and TVs. Servicing, testing, replacement of faulty HDMI, ethernet and RS232 cables in scanners.

Lay/Install and terminate indoor Ethernet and OFC cables (including CAT6 or 12/24/48 fiber) with appropriate casing/capping, GI conduit, or surface mounting as required. Only cables are FIM.

Earthwork excavation in sandy soil and other types of soil up to 1.50m or as required , Removing of surplus earth with a lead up to 50 metres and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of ethernet or Optical Fiber cable with HDPE pipe & 18-20 Nos. bricks per Mtr. in the excavated trenches, filling the space between the bricks & cable and trench with soil, backfilling, levelling up and compacting of earth by ramming/watering or other means & restoring surface. Only cables are FIM.

Testing of OFC using OTDR, identifying the fault location, splicing of OFC, repair, replacement of Media converters, SFP modules & other related hardware.

Arranging Video Conferencing and assisting in operation of AV devices in conducting Seminar/webinar in Meeting halls/Classroom including testing/repair/replacement of AV equipment, Amplifiers, Speakers, power supplies, projectors, TV units, cameras and other hardwares on day to day basis/requirement.

Scan/digitize the existing documents/drawings in required formats at Drawing Office, organizing/editing photos and videos and securely archiving the Photo and video recordings, Assisting in Maintenance of Record room and digitization of all documents/drawings & cataloguing/classification and secure storage in the designated Data Backup Servers.

Printing, assorting, arranging, binding and labelling the documents, journals, SOPs, manuals, training materials and other documents as instructed. Organising and maintaining the data bases and ensuring the synchronization of periodical data backup. Organising records and cataloguing them as per the instructions for Record Keep. Data entry of records scanned and archived & managing record retention schedules.

Preparation of test setups involving, wiring of control panel/rack, preparation of connectors by soldering/crimping, cabling, installation of indicators, switches or instruments, configuration of hardware/software.

Design, Development and reverse engineering works: Tracing of printed circuits, wiring/cabling, drawing using CAD software and circuit analysis at Indigenization Lab. Installation/assembly of electronic components/cards, Soldering/De-soldering of electronic circuits, Data acquisition, Testing & Tuning of newly developed electronic boards/modules, simulation of signals.

Fabrication, Soldering, testing and installation of Routed 6 layer pcb as per the EIC design in rigid PCB with minimum 1.6mm thickness. Immersion GOLD Finish having temperature gradient of 140 deg.C.

Fabrication, Soldering, testing and installation of Routed 2 layer Rigid/Flex pcb as per the EIC design in FR4 Rigid PCB with minimum 2mm thickness, HAL (Sn-Pb) Finish having temperature gradient of 140 deg.C.
